Esame delle domande, competenze decisionali e vie di ricorso Le domande sono esaminate e preavvisate dalla Commissione scientifica della Collana, che può avvalersi di esperti esterni a seconda dei settori inerenti ai progetti. L’assegnazione è di competenza esclusiva del DECS. Trattandosi di una procedura di concorso al merito, le decisioni non sono soggette a ricorso o a richieste di riesame. Il DECS ha facoltà di designare candidature subentranti in caso di rinuncia o di non assegnare il mandato in caso di carenza di progetti considerati meritevoli. 5. Obblighi dei beneficiari I beneficiari sono tenuti a: a) sottoscrivere l’impegno a rispettare le condizioni del concorso, in particolare la pubblicazione nelle collane previste dal presente bando; b) segnalare tempestivamente i cambiamenti che potrebbero pregiudicare la conclusione della ricerca nei termini previsti dal bando. I concorrenti potranno venire sentiti per un colloquio di chiarimento in merito; c) presentare semestralmente alla Commissione un rapporto sull’avanzamento della ricerca; potrà inoltre essere richiesta una valutazione dello stato dei lavori a metà periodo; d) consegnare un esemplare cartaceo e una copia in formato elettronico dello studio una volta terminato. 6. Proprietà intellettuale Per quanto riguarda il diritto di autore, lo Stato si riserva la proprietà intellettuale del lavoro svolto (art. 31 Legge sull’ordinamento degli impiegati dello stato e dei docenti, LORD del 15 marzo 1995). 7. Importi corrisposti e condizioni d'impiego a) La remunerazione per mandato è fissata a fr. 50'000.-. La consegna del lavoro è prescritta entro il 31 agosto 2028. b) Può essere riconosciuto un importo massimo di fr. 2'500.- quale rimborso di spese documentate al termine della ricerca (le trasferte sono riconosciute per destinazioni fuori Cantone). 8. Versamento degli assegni e degli oneri sociali a) L’importo viene versato in tre rate: fr. 15'000.- all’avvio del progetto, fr. 15'000.- a metà del mandato (dietro presentazione del lavoro compiuto fino a quel momento), fr. 20'000.- alla consegna del lavoro completo. b) Per i contributi sociali AVS/AI/IPG/AD/LAINF valgono le disposizioni federali in materia. c) Se i requisiti per l’affiliazione alla previdenza professionale (LPP) sono dati, il mandatario è affiliato presso la Fondazione Istituto collettore LPP a Bellinzona, secondo il piano minimo previsto dalla Legge federale sulla previdenza professionale per la vecchiaia, i superstiti e l’invalidità. Il premio sarà trattenuto in una percentuale fissa relativa all’importo versato. L’eventuale conguaglio a favore del dipendente o a favore dello stato verrà regolato alla fine del mandato. 9. Requisiti\n2.1. Titolo universitario, in particolare Master o Dottorato.\n2.2. Non sono ammesse candidature di persone:\na) che svolgono un’attività universitaria che beneficia di un contributo remunerativo alla ricerca;\nb) che non svolgerebbero il progetto in autonomia;\nc) che beneficiano della pensione.\n3. Domande di partecipazione\n3.1. Norme generali:\na) le domande e i documenti allegati vanno presentati in formato elettronico al seguente indirizzo: Ufficio del sostegno alla cultura, decs-sc@ti.ch\nb) la scadenza del concorso è fissata a domenica 15 novembre 2026 alle ore 18.00 (fa stato l'orario dell’invio elettronico);\nc) le domande tardive o incomplete non saranno prese in considerazione.\n3.2. Documentazione necessaria per la candidatura:\na) lettera di presentazione e motivazione della ricerca;\nb) curriculum vitae completo;\nc) progetto di ricerca e piano particolareggiato del lavoro;\nd) elenco completo delle pubblicazioni scientifiche del o della richiedente.\n4. Esame delle domande, competenze decisionali e vie di ricorso\nLe domande sono esaminate e preavvisate dalla Commissione scientifica della Collana, che può avvalersi di esperti esterni a seconda dei settori inerenti ai progetti. L’assegnazione è di competenza esclusiva del DECS. Trattandosi di una procedura di concorso al merito, le decisioni non sono soggette a ricorso o a richieste di riesame. Il DECS ha facoltà di designare candidature subentranti in caso di rinuncia o di non assegnare il mandato in caso di carenza di progetti considerati meritevoli.\n5. Obblighi dei beneficiari\nI beneficiari sono tenuti a:\na) sottoscrivere l’impegno a rispettare le condizioni del concorso, in particolare la pubblicazione nelle collane previste dal presente bando;\nb) segnalare tempestivamente i cambiamenti che potrebbero pregiudicare la conclusione della ricerca nei termini previsti dal bando. I concorrenti potranno venire sentiti per un colloquio di chiarimento in merito;\nc) presentare semestralmente alla Commissione un rapporto sull’avanzamento della ricerca; potrà inoltre essere richiesta una valutazione dello stato dei lavori a metà periodo;\nd) consegnare un esemplare cartaceo e una copia in formato elettronico dello studio una volta terminato.\n6. Proprietà intellettuale\nPer quanto riguarda il diritto di autore, lo Stato si riserva la proprietà intellettuale del lavoro svolto (art. 31 Legge sull’ordinamento degli impiegati dello stato e dei docenti, LORD del 15 marzo 1995).\n7. Importi corrisposti e condizioni d'impiego\na) La remunerazione per mandato è fissata a fr. 50'000.-. La consegna del lavoro è prescritta entro il 31 agosto 2028.\nb) Può essere riconosciuto un importo massimo di fr. 2'500.- quale rimborso di spese documentate al termine della ricerca (le trasferte sono riconosciute per destinazioni fuori Cantone).\n8. Versamento degli assegni e degli oneri sociali\na) L’importo viene versato in tre rate: fr. 15'000.- all’avvio del progetto, fr. 15'000.- a metà del mandato (dietro presentazione del lavoro compiuto fino a quel momento), fr. 20'000.- alla consegna del lavoro completo.\nb) Per i contributi sociali AVS/AI/IPG/AD/LAINF valgono le disposizioni federali in materia.\nc) Se i requisiti per l’affiliazione alla previdenza professionale (LPP) sono dati, il mandatario è affiliato presso la Fondazione Istituto collettore LPP a Bellinzona, secondo il piano minimo previsto dalla Legge federale sulla previdenza professionale per la vecchiaia, i superstiti e l’invalidità. Il premio sarà trattenuto in una percentuale fissa relativa all’importo versato. L’eventuale conguaglio a favore del dipendente o a favore dello stato verrà regolato alla fine del mandato.\n9.
