Odwołanie. 1) Odwołanie przysługuje na: a) niezgodną z\n przepisami ustawy Pzp czynność Zamawiającego, podjętą w postępowaniu o udzielenie\n zamówienia, w tym na projektowane postanowienie umowy; b) zaniechanie czynności w\n postępowaniu o udzielenie zamówienia, do której Zamawiający był obowiązany na podstawie\n ustawy Pzp. 2) Odwołanie wnosi się do Prezesa Krajowej Izby Odwoławczej w formie\n pisemnej, w formie elektronicznej lub w postaci elektronicznej opatrzonej podpisem zaufanym.\n 3) Odwołujący przekazuje kopię odwołania Zamawiającemu przed upływem terminu do\n wniesienia odwołania w taki sposób, aby mógł on zapoznać się z jego treścią przed upływem\n tego terminu. 4) Odwołanie wnosi się w terminie: a) 10 dni od dnia przekazania informacji o\n czynności Zamawiającego stanowiącej podstawę jego wniesienia, jeżeli informację\n przekazano przy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej; b) 10 dni od dnia publikacji\n ogłoszenia w Dz.U.
