Ebenfalls sollen alle Außenbereiche der Stadtverwaltung primär in den zentralen Rufnummernblock eingebunden werden, sekundär sollen die lokalen Rufnummern als Rückfall- und/ oder Notrufebene erhalten bleiben.\nZur Bereitstellung einer modernen Telekommunikation steht bereits ein aktuelles PBX-System des Herstellers Innovaphone zur Verfügung (Innovaphone IP3011), welches derzeit als SBC – Session-Border-Controller – sowie Umsetzer SIP<>S2M und zur Einbindung des Bürgerbahnhofs + Bibliothek eingesetzt ist. Dieses soll neben dem Rathaus auch die Außenstandorte der Stadtverwaltung mit der zentralen Einwahlrufnummer möglichst vollständig versorgen. Die Standorte sind netzwerktechnisch erschlossen und es stehen vorrangig Layer3- VPN-Verbindungen zur Verfügung. Der öffentliche Kommunikationsanschluss des Rathauses ist als moderner SIP-Trunk mit FQDN ausgelegt, ebenso ist eine DSL-Rückfallebene vorhanden. Zur Anbindung der bestehenden VoIP-Anlagen anderer Hersteller (Fritzbox, Auerswald, Unifi, Innovaphone, Telekom-Digitalisie-rungsbox) in den sonstigen Liegenschaften soll das bereits vorhandene Gateway weiterhin in seiner Funktion als SBC sowie SIP-Server dienen. Notwendige Software zur Einbindung der Anlage und deren Bestandteile in das IT-Ökosystem der Stadtverwaltung muss bei Installationsbedarf visualisierbar (Proxmox VE, VMware) sein und in einer Microsoft AD- sowie Terminalserver-Umgebung lauffähig sein.\nIm Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung soll das bestehende PBX-System des Rathauses erweitert und endsprechende Endgeräte und Softwareanwendungen beschafft werden.
