Die Landeshauptstadt München plant den Neubau einer Mobilen Raumeinheit (MRE) als Ausweichquartier für verschiedene Schulen auf den Außensportflächen der Grundschule Hirschbergstraße 33. Die MRE soll in Holz-Systembauweise durch einen Generalunternehmer (GU) errichtet werden. Ein BPlan liegt nicht vor. Aufgrund der geplanten Nutzungsdauer ist ein unbefristeter baurechtlicher Antrag erforderlich. Die Anforderungen zum klimagerechten Bauen sind zu beachten. Der Neubau ist für zwei Schulformen mit unterschiedlichen Nutzungsanforderungen zu konzipieren. Zunächst soll die ortsansässige Grundschule für die Dauer der Generalinstandsetzung mit Erweiterungsbau in das Ausweichquartier ausgelagert werden. Im Anschluss daran ist die temporäre Teil-Auslagerung eines benachbarten Gymnasiums vorgesehen. Nach Möglichkeit sollen Freiflächen der Bestandsschule, z.B. Pausenhof und Parkplatz auch von der MRE genutzt werden. Das Ziel ist es, beim Wechsel der Schulausrichtung nach Möglichkeit ohne Umbaubauerfordernis auszukommen. In Abhängigkeit der Rahmenbedingungen ist die finale Dimensionierung der MRE abzustimmen. Es wird eine Gestaltung nach Flurschulprinzip angestrebt, ohne Lernhauskonzept. Durch die innerstädtische Lage und Beeinträchtigungen durch Verkehrslärm ist von besonderen Anforderungen an den Lärmschutz auszugehen. Das Ausweichquartier soll auf dem südlichen Teil des Gesamtgrundstückes entstehen. Dort befinden sich derzeit Außensport- und Rasenspielflächen sowie eine davon abgetrennte, öffentlich zugängliche Grün- und Spielfläche. Der für die MRE vorgesehene Grundstücksbereich ist weitgehend eben und von geschützten Bäumen und Sträuchern umgeben. Die nördlich angrenzende Fläche mit Schulpausenhof und Parkplatz liegt etwas tiefer und ist mittels denkmalgeschützter Einfriedung (Mauer) bzw. Zäunen abgetrennt.
