A szigorúbb\n meghatározás a referencia tárgyára vonatkozik, az nem általánosan hanem speciálisan került\n meghatározásra így az szigorúbb, speciálisabb tárgykörű mint a Közbeszerzési Hatóság\n „bronz” fokozatú minősítéséhez szükséges. 9) (Közös) AT-(k)nek az ajánlatban nyilatkoznia\n /nyilatkozniuk szükséges az ajánlati árak vonatkozásában az ártáblázat elnevezésű állomány\n ajánlat részeként történő csatolásával. Az egységárakat forintban, ÁFA nélküli értékben,\n pozitív arab számokkal, egész számmal kell megadni. Ajánlatkérő felhívja az ajánlattevők\n figyelmét, hogy ajánlatkérő a beárazott ártáblát a Kbt. 3. § 37. pontja szerinti szakmai\n ajánlatnak tekinti, melyre tekintettel amennyiben a beárazott költségvetés az ajánlat részeként\n nem kerül benyújtásra, az az ajánlat érvénytelenségét eredményezi, és e dokumentum be\n nem nyújtása esetén, erre nézve az ajánlatkérő nem bocsát ki hiánypótlási felhívást. 10) Az\n ajánlatot az EKR rendszeren keresztül kell benyújtani. A Kbt. 40. § (1) bekezdésben foglaltak\n alapján: „A közbeszerzési és koncessziós beszerzési eljárást a közbeszerzésekért felelős\n miniszter által üzemeltetett egységes, EKR igénybevételével kell lebonyolítani. A Kbt. 41. § (1)\n bekezdése szerinti elektronikus kommunikáció – ha e törvény vagy e törvény felhatalmazása\n alapján alkotott jogszabály eltérően nem rendelkezik – az EKR-ben történik.” 11) A kiegészítő\n tájékoztatást Ajánlatkérő elektronikus úton az EKR rendszeren keresztül küldi meg az eljárás\n során. 12) Ajánlatkérő jelen eljárásban alkalmazza a Kbt. 75. § (2) bekezdés e) pontját. 13)\n Ajánlattevőnek a dokumentációban előírtak szerint nyilatkoznia kell, hogy van-e folyamatban\n változásbejegyzési eljárása a cégbíróság előtt, amennyiben igen, a 321/2015. Korm. rendelet\n 13.§ szerinti iratokat csatolni kell. A nyilatkozat vonatkozásában EKRben létrehozott\n elektronikus űrlap áll rendelkezésre. 14) Ha az ajánlatkérő a Kbt. 69. § (11) bekezdésében\n foglaltaknak megfelelően közvetlenül hozzáfér a kizáró okok hiányát, valamint az alkalmassági\n feltételeket igazoló adatbázisokhoz, a gazdasági szereplőknek ezen adatbázisok\n elérhetőségét is fel kell tüntetniük a formanyomtatvány megfelelő részeiben – azon\n adatbázisok elérhetőségének kivételével, amelyek ellenőrzését a kizáró okok igazolása\n körében az ajánlatkérő számára e rendelet előírja. 15) Ajánlatkérő az ajánlatok bírálatának az\n alacsony ár vagy költség vizsgálatára vonatkozó részét az ajánlatok értékelését követően\n végzi el (Kbt. 81. § (4) bekezdés). 16) Ajánlatkérő az ajánlatok bírálatát az ajánlatok\n\n\f értékelését követően végzi el (Kbt. 81. § (5) bekezdés). 17) A felhívásban és a közbeszerzési\n dokumentumokban nem szabályozott kérdésekben a hatályos Kbt. és végrehajtási rendeleti\n az irányadók. 18) Ajánlatkérő felhívja a figyelmet az ukrajnai helyzetet destabilizáló orosz\n intézkedések miatt hozott korlátozó intézkedésekről szóló 833/2014/EU tanácsi rendelet 5k.\n cikk (1) bekezdése szerinti tilalomról.
