Es sollen Softwarelizenzen der Enterprise Version des Herstellers Camunda in der Version Camunda 8 mit zugehörigen Dienstleistungen des Herstellers zeitlich befristet überlassen werden. Für die vertragsgegenständliche Leistung wurde ein Gesamtschätzwert in Höhe von 4.500.000,00 Euro netto, bezogen auf den maximalen Vertragszeitraum von vier Jahren, ermittelt. Der Höchstwert entspricht dem Gesamtschätzwert. Zollgebühren sowie Skontoabzug bei Erfüllung der in den Vertragsunterlagen inkl. der Leistungsbeschreibung gestellten Mindestanforderungen. Der Gesamtpreis wird auf Basis der im Formular \"Preisblatt\" dargestellten Preisdynamik ermittelt. Wenn mehrere Angebote, die für den Zuschlag in Frage kommen, denselben Gesamtpreis besitzen (Preisvergleich), entscheidet das Beschaffungsamt des BMI im Wege des Auslosungsverfahrens über den Zuschlag. Das Auslosungsverfahren wird im Vieraugenprinzip durchgeführt.\n\nEignungskriterien\nZum Nachweis der technischen und beruflichen Leistungsfähigkeit reichen Sie bitte mit Angebotsabgabe eine Liste mit mindestens zwei geeigneten Referenzen in Bezug zur gegenständlichen Leistung (Lieferung von Softwarelizenzen des Herstellers Camunda, Versionsstand mind. Camunda 8) ein. Stellen Sie Ihre Leistungsfähigkeit für den Auftragsgegenstand und Ihre hierfür relevanten Erfahrungen anhand der Referenzen dar. Zu den Referenzen sind folgende Angaben zu machen: • Beschreibung der ausgeführten Leistungen, • Wert des Auftrages, • Zeitraum der Leistungserbringung, • Angabe der zuständigen Kontaktstelle bei der Auftraggeberin der Referenz mit Anschrift und Kontaktdaten. Darüber hinaus gelten die folgenden Anforderungen an die benannten Referenzen: • Die Referenzen dürfen nicht älter als drei Jahre sein (gerechnet vom Datum der letzten Leistungserbringung im jeweiligen Referenzprojekt bis zum Tag der Auftragsbekanntmachung/Veröffentlichung). • Die genannten Referenzprojekte müssen grundsätzlich abgeschlossen sein. Ein nicht vollständig abgeschlossenes Referenzprojekt kann mit entsprechender Erläuterung benannt werden, wenn es mit seinem bereits abgeschlossenen Teil die Referenzanforderungen erfüllt. Sofern es sich um Referenzen handelt, die noch nicht abgeschlossen wurden, ist der bisher erreichte Leistungsstand anzugeben. Das Beschaffungsamt des BMI entscheidet sodann nach pflichtgemäßem Ermessen über die Anerkennung dieser Referenz. Noch nicht realisierte Leistungsstände können nicht berücksichtigt werden. • Inhalt von mind. einer Referenz muss sein, dass der Bieter pro Referenz in Summe Lieferungen im Wert von 200.000,00 Euro netto für den jeweiligen Referenzgeber erbracht hat, unabhängig davon, ob es sich um ggf. mehrere Einzelabrufe aus einer Rahmenvereinbarung oder um Einzelverträge gehandelt hat (Wert des Auftrags). Für die Referenzen ist das Formular \"Vordruck Referenzen\" zu verwenden. Nutzen Sie das Formular sofern erforderlich bitte mehrfach. Es sind nur zwei Referenzen gefordert. Es ist Ihnen unbenommen, weitere Referenzen zu benennen. Da das Austauschen einer fehlerhaften Referenz durch eine nach Ende der Angebotsfrist nachgereichte bedingungsgemäße Referenz nicht möglich ist und in den entsprechenden Fällen den Ausschluss des Bieters nach sich zieht, empfiehlt das Beschaffungsamt des BMI, eine Liste von weiteren als bedingungsgemäß betrachteten Referenzen einzureichen. Das Beschaffungsamt des BMI behält sich darüber hinaus vor, die angegebenen Referenzen durch Rückfrage bei den in den Referenzen genannten Ansprechpersonen zu verifizieren. Angaben, die einer Nachprüfung nicht standhalten, können zum Ausschluss vom Vergabeverfahren führen. Sofern Sie aus berechtigten Geheimhaltungsgründen geforderte Angaben nicht machen können, teilen Sie diese Gründe mit dem Angebot dem Beschaffungsamt des BMI mit und legen Sie einen anderen geeigneten Nachweis der technischen und beruflichen Leistungsfähigkeit vor. Das Beschaffungsamt des BMI entscheidet sodann nach pflichtgemäßem Ermessen über die Anerkennung des Alternativnachweises. Ein Nachfordern und Beibringen eines anderen (geeigneteren) Nachweises ist nach dem Ende der Angebotsfrist aus vergaberechtlichen Gründen nicht mehr möglich. Bitte berücksichtigen Sie, dass Sie sofern es Ihnen z. B. aus Geheimhaltungsgründen nicht möglich ist, den konkreten Auftragswert anzugeben, den Wert des Auftrags auch in Margen angeben können (bspw. > 100.000 € oder zwischen 100.000 und 200.000 €).\nZum Nachweis der wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit ist der Umsatz im Tätigkeitsbereich des Auftrags für die letzten drei Geschäftsjahre (ein Jahresabschluss muss noch nicht erfolgt sein) anzugeben. Der Umsatz muss mindestens 1.000.000,00 EUR pro Jahr betragen. Übersenden Sie hierzu bitte mit Angebotsabgabe eine Eigenerklärung in Form einer selbsterstellten Liste. Im Falle von Bietergemeinschaften bzw. der Einbindung anderer Unternehmen im Rahmen einer Eignungsleihe gemäß § 47 VgV ist für jedes Mitglied der Bietergemeinschaft bzw. für jedes eignungsverleihende Unternehmen eine Eigenerklärung in Form einer selbsterstellten Liste einzureichen, welche die jeweiligen Jahreswerte der letzten drei Geschäftsjahre für jedes Mitglied der Bieterkonstellation belegt. Die Summe der Umsätze muss den geforderten Mindestumsatz erreichen. Sofern Sie aus berechtigten Gründen die Unterlagen nicht beibringen können, teilen Sie diese Gründe im Angebot dem Beschaffungsamt des BMI mit und legen Sie einen anderen geeigneten Nachweis der wirtschaftlichen und finanziellen Leistungsfähigkeit vor. Das Beschaffungsamt des BMI entscheidet sodann nach pflichtgemäßem Ermessen über die Anerkennung des Alternativnachweises.
