Bewerber-/Bieterfragen sind ausschließlich als Bewerber-/Bieternachrichten über die Vergabeplattform (unter vorgenanntem Link) einzureichen (nicht per E-Mail). Wenn sich ein Bewerber oder ein Mitglied einer Bewerbergemeinschaft für die Eignung auf die Fähigkeiten eines anderen Unternehmens stützen möchte (eines Nachunternehmers, eines Dritten oder eines verbundenen Konzernunternehmens (sogenannte Eignungsleihe)), dann müssen für dieses eignungsleihgebende Unternehmen zusätzlich folgende Unterlagen eingereicht werden: 'Verpflichtungserklärung Eignungsleihe EU' - insoweit auf dessen Leistungsfähigkeit Bezug genommen wird. Hierin muss das eignungsleihgebende Unternehmen auch erklären, dass es dem Bewerber im Auftragsfalle die entsprechenden Kapazitäten und ggf. die betreffenden Fähigkeiten höchstpersönlich tatsächlich zur Verfügung stellt.\n16. Bei einer Bezugnahme auf Kapazitäten eines anderen (eignungsleihgebenden) Unternehmens im Hinblick auf die wirtschaftliche oder finanzielle Leistungsfähigkeit ist durch dieses zusätzlich zu bestätigen, dass es mit dem Bewerber im Auftragsfall gemeinsam für die Auftragsdurchführung entsprechend dem Umfang der Eignungsleihe haftet.\n17. Beabsichtigt der Bewerber, im Hinblick auf vorzulegende Nachweise/Angaben/Erklärungen für die erforderliche berufliche Leistungsfähigkeit wie Ausbildungs- oder Befähigungsnachweise oder die einschlägige berufliche Erfahrung (Referenzen) die Kapazitäten anderer Unternehmen in Anspruch zu nehmen, so ist durch dieses zu bestätigen, dass es die Leistungen als Unterauftragnehmer im Auftragsfall erbringen wird, für die diese Kapazitäten benötigt werden.\n18. Sofern zur Ausführung der im Angebot enthaltenen Leistungen Unterauftragnehmer/ Nachunternehmer vorgesehen sind, ist das Formblatt \"Unterauftrag-/ Nachunternehmerleistung\" einzureichen.\n19. Der Teilnahmeantrag muss fristgemäß, also vor Ablauf der Teilnahmefrist (s. Angaben zur Einreichung) über die Vergabeplattform in Textform eingereicht werden.\n20.
