"text": "FbE-C1E Basel RB Gl F17-F31 Basel RB / Linie 522\n\nAuftragsbeschreibung einfügen.\n\nDas Angebot ist ausschliesslich in SAP Ariba einzureichen. Für die Angebotseingabe beantragt der Anbieter den Zugang zum Beschaffungsereignis auf SAP Ariba mit dem Formular „Teilnahme an öffentlicher Ausschreibung (SIMAP)“ (https://url.sbb.ch/simapformular_de).
Insbesondere sind folgende Angaben relevant:
- Doc-ID (DocXXXXXXXXX)
- Projekttitel SIMAP
Die Freischaltung für den SAP Ariba Zugang zur Angebotsabgabe kann einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen. Es gilt zu beachten, dass die geforderten Angaben sowie die verlangten Nachweise in den entsprechenden Abschnitten in SAP Ariba hochzuladen, beziehungsweise zu beantworten sind. Die Beschaffungsstelle der SBB empfiehlt, genügend Vorlauf dazu einzuplanen.
Idealerweise beantragen Sie daher den Zugang zur Angebotsabgabe in Beschaffungsereignis mindestens zehn Arbeitstage vor Ablauf der Frist zum Einreichen des Angebots.
Bei Planergemeinschaften: Das Angebot muss in SAP Ariba durch ein Planergemeinschaftsmitglied eingereicht werden. Nach der Planergemeinschaftsgründung muss sich die Planergemeinschaft als Unternehmen auf SAP Ariba zusätzlich registrieren. Spätestens bei Fertigstellung des Vertrags müssen alle übrigen ARGE-Mitglieder in SAP Ariba registriert sein.
