Τα προς προμήθεια είδη κατατάσσονται στον ακόλουθο κωδικό του Κοινού Λεξιλογίου\nδημοσίων συμβάσεων (CPV) και με βάση τον Κανονισμό 213/2008/ΕΚ για τα λεωφορεία :\n34121000-1.\nΗ κλάση των λεωφορείων, κατά την κωδικοποίηση του ΝΑΤΟ και σύμφωνα με το ACodP-2/3, είναι\n2310.\n1.3.3 Υποδιαίρεση Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο σε τμήματα\nΗ προς σύναψη Συμφωνία-Πλαίσιο δεν υποδιαιρείται σε τμήματα.\n\n1.3.4 Εκτιμώμενη αξία της Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο - Ποσότητες\n 1.3.4.1 Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο ανέρχεται στο ποσό των 13.156.386,73€\n(δεκατριών εκατομμυρίων εκατό πενήντα έξι χιλιάδων τριακοσίων ογδόντα έξι ευρώ και εβδομήντα\nτριών λεπτών) συμπεριλαμβανομένου του Ειδικού Τέλους Ταξινόμησης (ΕΤΤ), των νόμιμων\nκρατήσεων ποσοστού 6,1% και του αναλογούντος ΦΠΑ ποσοστού 24%.\n 1.3.4.2 Υφίσταται η δυνατότητα της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής για ανακατανομή της προς προμήθεια\nποσότητας ανά έτος, βάσει των διαθέσιμων κάθε φορά πιστώσεων, εντός της συνολικής\n\n Σελίδα 5\n\f 26PROC019954479 2026-10-09\nποσότητας της ΣΠ.\n1.3.5 Διάρκεια Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο\nΗ διάρκεια της Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο ορίζεται σε τρία (3) έτη. Ημερομηνία έναρξης ισχύος της\nΣυμφωνίας – Πλαίσιο ορίζεται η ημερομηνία υπογραφής αυτής. Μετά την υπογραφή της ΣΠ και\nσύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της Υπηρεσίας, θα συνάπτονται με τους εγγεγραμμένους στη ΣΠ\nοικονομικούς φορείς, Εκτελεστικές Συμβάσεις (ΕΣ). Η ανάθεση των ΕΣ θα πραγματοποιείται\nσύμφωνα με τα καθοριζόμενα στο άρθρο 39 του ν.4412/16, ανάλογα με τον αριθμό των\nοικονομικών φορέων που θα συμπεριληφθούν στη ΣΠ και με βάση τους όρους αυτής. Οι ΕΣ\nμπορούν να συνάπτονται έως και τη συμπλήρωση του χρόνου διάρκειας της ΣΠ. Η διάρκεια των\nΕΣ μπορεί να υπερβαίνει το χρόνο λήξης της ΣΠ, με την προϋπόθεση ότι αυτές έχουν συναφθεί\nπριν τη λήξη της ΣΠ.\n\n1.3.6 Αριθμός συμβαλλομένων οικονομικών φορέων\nΣτη Συμφωνία-Πλαίσιο θα εγγραφούν έως πέντε (5) οικονομικοί φορείς, εφόσον υπάρχει\nεπαρκής αριθμός οικονομικών φορέων που πληρούν τα κριτήρια επιλογής ή/και αποδεκτές\nπροσφορές που ανταποκρίνονται στα κριτήρια ανάθεσης. Σε περίπτωση ανάδειξης μικρότερου\nαριθμού οικονομικών φορέων θα συμπεριληφθούν όλοι στη Συμφωνία-Πλαίσιο.\nΓια τη διαδικασία σύναψης εκάστης Εκτελεστικής Σύμβασης εκ της Συμφωνίας Πλαίσιο, ισχύουν τα\nκάτωθι:\nα) Στην περίπτωση ανάδειξης άνω του ενός (1) οικονομικών φορέων, απαιτείται η υποβολή\nαπό τους συμμετέχοντες σε αυτή, νέας κλειστής οικονομικής προσφοράς (στάδιο call – offs).\nβ) Στην περίπτωση ανάδειξης ενός (1) οικονομικού φορέα, και όταν όλοι οι όροι δεν\nκαθορίζονται στη Συμφωνία-Πλαίσιο, η Αναθέτουσα Αρχή μπορεί να διαβουλεύεται γραπτώς με το\nφορέα, ζητώντας του, εάν χρειάζεται, να ολοκληρώσει την προσφορά του, σύμφωνα με τους όρους\nτης Συμφωνίας-Πλαίσιο. Σε διαφορετική περίπτωση δεν απαιτείται συμπλήρωση της προσφοράς\nτου αναδόχου, ήτοι η διενέργεια διαβούλευσης.\n1.3.7 Φορέας παρακολούθησης της ΣΠ και των ΕΣ που θα συναφθούν στη βάση αυτής, ορίζεται\nτο ΓΕΑ/Γ7.
