Der Bieter muss über eine geeignete Organisations- und Personalstruktur sowie über ausreichend qualifiziertes technisches Fachpersonal verfügen, um bei systemkritischen Störungen der ausgeschriebenen Netzwerk- und WLAN-Infrastruktur innerhalb des Zeitfensters Montag bis Freitag von 08:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr, ausgenommen gesetzliche Feiertage am Leistungsort, spätestens innerhalb von zwei Stunden entsprechend qualifiziertes technisches Personal am Leistungsort des Auftraggebers bereitstellen zu können.\nDie hierfür verfügbaren Fachkräfte müssen über die für die betroffenen HPE-Aruba-Networking-Technologien erforderliche fachliche und herstellerspezifische Qualifikation sowie über praktische Erfahrung mit der Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in produktiven Enterprise-Netzwerkumgebungen verfügen.\nMit dem Angebot ist eine Eigenerklärung einzureichen, aus der nachvollziehbar hervorgeht, wie die geforderte Vor-Ort-Verfügbarkeit organisatorisch und personell sichergestellt wird.
