Габрово\nВ обхвата на обществената поръчка са включени следните дейности:\n1. Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект за обект: „Обновяване на Музей „Дом на хумора и сатирата\", гр. Габрово“ , съгласно заданието за проектиране.\nВ процеса на изготвяне на инвестиционния проект, да се представят алтернативни идейни решения, които да се обсъдят и съгласуват с възложителя преди изготвянето на работната фаза.\nДа се представят варианти относно функционалната концепция, заедно с преустройство на заварените помещения, нови комуникационни връзки, в т. ч. предвиждане на нови входове/изходи., обемно-пространственото оформление иобвързването с прилежащата среда.\nПроектът, обсъждан и съгласуван с възложителя в процеса на изработването, следва да се изготви в окончателен вид в съответствие с Наредба 4/2001 за обхвата и съдържанието на инвестиционните проекти, във фаза „РАБОТЕН ПРОЕКТ“, вкл. текстова и графична част, подробна количествена сметка и прогнозна стойностна сметка по отделните проектни части и обобщена, и следва да включва следните части: Архитектура; Интериор и обзавеждане; Конструкции; Паркоустройство и Благоустройство; Геодезия; Технология (при необходимост), Електроинсталации; Водоснабдяване и Канализация; Отопление, вентилация и климатизация; Енергийна Ефективност; Пожарна безопасност и сметна документация.\nВсяка проектна част следва да съдържа: обяснителна записка, изискуемите технически изчисления, графична част – схеми, чертежи в подходящ мащаб и детайли, изясняващи и обезпечаващи изпълнението на СМР, техническа спецификация на материалите, изискуеми стандарти и/или параметри, подробни количествени сметки. Допълнително се изискват и подходящи графични визуализации - перспективни изгледи, 3D визуализации, фотомонтажи, схеми, таблици, текст и други илюстративни материали, онагледяващи по най-достъпен и атрактивен начин проектното решение.\n2. Упражняване на авторски надзор по време на изпълнение на обект „Обновяване на Музей „Дом на хумора и сатирата\", гр. Габрово“\nПълният обхват на дейностите е подробно описан в Заданието за проектиране и Проекта на договор, неразделна част от документацията за участие.\nИзготвяне на инвестиционен проект и осъществяване на авторски надзор при изпълнение на СМР за обект: Обновяване на Музей „Дом на хумора и сатирата\", гр. Габрово\nВ обхвата на обществената поръчка са включени следните дейности:\n1. Изготвяне на инвестиционен проект за обект: „Обновяване на Музей „Дом на хумора и сатирата\", гр. Габрово“ , съгласно заданието за проектиране.\nСградата е с обществено предназначение. Състои от четири етажа и полувкопан сутерен.\nМузеят разполага с 8 зали за изложби, хранилища за експонати, зала за срещи, звукозаписно студио и със зони по етажите, за административни кабинети или офиси на персонала, музеен магазин с „Огледална зала и лабиринт“ и 2 външни тераси.\nВ полувкопания сутерен се намират: бар, лоби бар, вариететен театър, подземен гараж (ползва се за карнавална работилница) и обслужващи помещения към тях. В момента, по-голямата част от сутерена е неизползваема и изисква основен ремонт. В сградата има вграден трафопост, който функционира и е достъпен отвън, без връзка със сутерена.\nТехническите параметри на обекта:\n• Застроена площ на първи етаж: 1 917 кв. м (ЗП музей + ЗП вариете + ЗП тп);\n• Застроена площ на втори етаж: 1 935 кв. м;\n• Застроена площ на трети етаж: 1 708 кв. м;\n• Застроена площ на четвърти етаж: 1 454 кв. м;\n• Разгъната застроена площ (без сутерен): 7 012 кв. м;\n• Застроена площ сутерен /вариете, гараж, кафе-сладкарница, трафопост и обслужващи помещения/: 3 157 кв. м, вкл.  гараж/работилница (СОС с идентификатор 14218.504.408.9.5 по КККР) от 857 кв. м, предвиден за премахване;\nКатегорията на строежа е трета, съгласно чл. 137, ал. 1, т. 3, буква „в“ от ЗУТ.\n!
