    "text": "La présente consultation vise la passation d'un marché public ayant pour objet la rénovation du plancher technique du poste de transformation électrique de la station de métro Castellane. \nLe présent marché public est passé selon une procédure adaptée, en application des articles L2123-1 et R2123-1 à R2123-5 du Code de la Commande Publique.\nLe présent marché public est un marché ordinaire traité à prix forfaitaire.\n\nNe seront pas admises les candidatures qui ne sont pas recevables en application des articles L2141-1 à L2141-6 et en application des articles R2142-1, R2143-3, R2142-3, R2142-4 et R2143-16 du Code de la Commande Publique, ou qui ne présentent pas des garanties techniques, professionnelles et financières suffisantes eu égard aux articles R2142-6 à R2142-14 du Code et eu égard au contenu des documents demandés au titre de l'article R2143-11 du Code.\nPour présenter sa candidature, le candidat transmet l'ensemble des documents listés ci-après :\n1/ Le formulaire DC1 « Lettre de candidature - Désignation du mandataire par ses cotraitants », \n2/ Le formulaire DC2 « Déclaration du candidat individuel ou du membre du groupement »,\n3/ Le chiffre d'affaires global sur les trois derniers exercices disponibles,\n4/ Une liste des principales références pour des prestations similaires à l'objet du contrat à passer, au cours des cinq dernières années.\n\nChaque candidat a l'obligation de visiter certains lieux dans lesquels il sera amené à intervenir, afin de mieux appréhender les conditions d'exécution des prestations. \nLa durée de la visite est d'environ ½ journée.\n\nPour attribuer le marché public au candidat qui a présenté l'offre économiquement la plus avantageuse, la personne publique se fonde sur les critères pondérés suivants :\n1/ « Le Prix » (60%) analysé compte tenu du montant résultant de la Décomposition du Prix Global et Forfaitaire (DPGF), figurant en annexe 1 de l'acte d'engagement.\n2/ « La Valeur technique » (30%), appréciée en fonction du mémoire technique remis par les candidats à l'appui de leur offre et des éléments le constituant. La valeur technique est composée de deux sous-critères, représentant 100% de la valeur technique :\n- Sous-critère 1 (50%) : « Pertinence de la méthodologie proposée par le candidat pour l'exécution des travaux » (analysé au vu des éléments remis par les candidats en partie 1 du mémoire technique).\n- Sous-critère 2 (50%) : « Qualité des moyens humains proposés par le candidat pour l'exécution des travaux » (analysé au vu des éléments remis par les candidats en partie 2 du mémoire technique).\n3/ « Le Critère Environnemental » (10%) : « Qualité de l'organisation mise en place par le candidat pour la gestion des déchets » (analysé au vu des éléments remis par les candidats en partie 3 du mémoire technique).",
