У сумі договору про закупівлю повинен враховуватися податок на додану вартість у разі, коли постачальник є платником податку на додану вартість, а операція з постачання товару підлягає оподаткуванню податком на додану вартість. Оплата Покупцем здійснюється за фактично отриманий товар, відповідно до видаткової (-их) накладної (-их) та/або акту (-ів) приймання-передачі Товару, шляхом безготівкового перерахунку коштів на рахунок Постачальника протягом 30 календарних днів, при наявності коштів на рахунку Покупця.
