# Managed Detection and Response services for Radboud University

Radboud University seeks one provider for managed detection and response across a heterogeneous campus environment: about 5,000 managed Windows workstations, 2,000 mostly Linux servers and more than 20,000 unmanaged network devices. The supplier will provide and operate SIEM, SOAR and XDR, deliver 24/7 first-line triage and response under agreed runbooks, conduct threat hunting and process the SURF MISP feed. The university’s SOC retains escalation decisions and second-line response. The notice describes a three-year contract and one lot. A TED amount field contains EUR 1, which does not establish a meaningful estimated contract value; no usable estimate is published. The verified deadline is 25 November 2026 at 11:00 UTC.

Het RU-SOC behoudt mandaatbesluiten, escalatie en tweedelijns response.\nEstimatedOverallContractAmount: 1 EUR\nDescription: Zie documentatie\nDuration: 90 DAY\nDescription: Zie tender\nEnd date: 2026-11-25+00:00\nTime: 11:00:00+00:00\nDuration: 3 YEAR",
