Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\nThe National Irrigation Administration-Region 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is within One hundred fifty (150) calendar days. Bidders should have completed contracts similar to the Project.
