Συγκεκριμένα, το αντικείμενο της σύμβασης υποδιαιρείται σε δύο (2) Τμήματα ως εξής: ΤΜΗΜΑ 1: «Παραχώρηση δικαιώματος αποκλειστικής εκμετάλλευσης δημόσιων τακτικών υπεραστικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορείο στη νήσο Μύκονο της Π.Ε. Μυκόνου της Περιφέρειας Νοτίου Αιγαίου», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 21.500.000,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ [ήτοι, 2.150.000 € ετησίως, για δέκα (10) έτη] και ΤΜΗΜΑ 2: «Παραχώρηση δικαιώματος αποκλειστικής εκμετάλλευσης δημόσιων τακτικών υπεραστικών μεταφορών επιβατών με λεωφορείο στη νήσο Ρόδο της Π.Ε. Ρόδου της Περιφέρειας Νοτίου Αιγαίου», εκτιμώμενης αξίας 60.000.000,00 € πλέον ΦΠΑ [ήτοι, 6.000.000 € ετησίως, για δέκα (10) έτη] Η εκτιμώμενη αξία της σύμβασης, ανέρχεται συνολικά στο ποσό των 81.500.000,00 € μη συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ 13 % (εκτιμώμενη αξία συμπεριλαμβανομένου ΦΠΑ: € 92.095.000,00).
