Gegenstand der Ausschreibung sind Generalplanungsleistungen, Grund- und Besondere Leistungen in den Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach HOAI für die Komplexsanierung der Gebäudehülle, Gewerbefläche und des Kellers am Standort Hermannstraße 208-210 in 12053 Berlin-Neukölln. Interne Kennung OV26_WE0333_GP_SB-Nk. Offenes Verfahren; Dienstleistungsauftrag; CPV 71000000.\nDer Auftrag umfasst die Objektplanung Gebäude und Freianlagen sowie Tragwerksplanung und technische Gebäudeausrüstung. Die Vertragsdauer beträgt 24 Monate und verlängert sich entsprechend der tatsächlichen Projektlaufzeit.
