Участници, регистрирани в юрисдикции с преференциален данъчен режим\nНа дружествата, регистрирани в юрисдикции с преференциален данъчен режим, и на свързаните с тях лица се забранява пряко или косвено участие в процедура по обществени поръчки по Закона за обществените поръчки и нормативните актове по прилагането му, независимо от характера и стойността на обществената поръчка, включително и чрез гражданско дружество/консорциум, в което участва дружество, регистрирано в юрисдикция с преференциален данъчен режим. Навсякъде в решението, обявлението и документацията, където е посочено стандарт, спецификация, техническа оценка или техническо одобрение, да се чете „или еквивалентно/и\".\n\n36700.00\n\nУчастникът да разполага с персонал и/или ръководен състав със съответната професионална компетентност за изпълнение на поръчката.\nИзисквано минимално/ни ниво/а:\nУчастникът да разполага с минимум един специалист, който ще изпълнява сервизни дейности и притежава сертификат от Производителя за преминат курс на обучение за инсталиране и сервизна дейност.\nВ случаите по чл.67, ал.5 и чл.112, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП изискването се доказва с представяне на списък на персонала, който ще изпълнява поръчката, и/или на членовете на ръководния състав, които ще отговарят за изпълнението, както и документи, които доказват професионална компетентност на лицата.\n\nУчастникът да прилага система за управление на качеството.\nИзисквано минимално/ни ниво/а:\nУчастникът да прилага сертифицирана система за управление на качеството в съответствие с БДС EN ISO 9001:2015 „Система за управление на качеството. Изисквания” или еквивалентно/и, с обхват покриващ дейностите по Техническото задание.\nВ случаите на чл.67, ал.5 и чл.112, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП, изискването се доказва с представяне на копие на сертификат издаден от акредитиран орган за оценка на съответствието на системи за управление на качеството или други доказателства за удовлетворяване по еквивалентен начин на изискванията.\n\nУсловията свързани с изпълнението на поръчката са посочени в Техническо задание № 26.ЕП-2.ТЗ.1636 и проекта на договор.\nСрокът за изпълнение на дейностите е до 100 календарни дни и включва всички дейности от предмета на поръчката (доставка, инсталиране, настройки и тестване на апаратите и извършване на специализирано обучение на не по-малко от 2 броя специалисти от „АЕЦ Козлодуй” ЕАД.)\n\nНай-ниска цена\n\nНай-ниската цена е общата предлагана цена за изпълнение на поръчката, включваща всички разходи на изпълнителя.\n\nСъгласно чл. 197, ал. 1, т. 1 от ЗОП жалба може да се подава в 10- дневен срок от изтичането на срока по чл. 100, ал. 3 от ЗОП.\n\n2026-10-20+03:00\n\n23:59:59+03:00\n\nПредметът на обществената поръчка обхваща следните дейности:\n- доставка на два броя преносими газанализатори, предназначени за измерване концентрацията на кислород с измервателен обхват от 0 до 25 об. % и водород, с измервателен обхват от 0 до 100 об.%.\n- инсталиране, настройки и тестване на апаратите за доказване на техническите характеристики, съгласно Приложение 1 Техническа спецификация - табличен вид на Техническо задание № 26.ЕП2.ТЗ.1636.
