Τις διατάξεις του Ν.4412/2016 (ΦΕΚ 147/Α/8-8-2016) «Δημόσιες Συμβάσεις Έργων,\n       Προμηθειών και Υπηρεσιών (Προσαρμογή στις Οδηγίες 2014/24/ΕΕ και 2014/25/ΕΕ)»,\n       όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει\n   2. Τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4497/2017 «Εκσυγχρονισμός Επιμελητηριακής Νομοθεσίας»\n   3. Την απόφαση του ΔΣ Νο 105, Αριθμ. Πρακτικό Νο 11/30-09-2026 περί συμμετοχής του\n       Επιμελητηρίου με επιχειρήσεις μέλη του στην έκθεση τροφίμων και ποτών FOOD & DRINKS\n       by Detrop στις 13-15 Νοεμβρίου και την απευθείας ανάθεσης της υπηρεσίας\n   4. Τον προϋπολογισμό του Επιμελητηρίου Χαλκιδικής για το οικονομικό έτος 2026\n   5. Την ανάγκη για την συμμετοχή στην έκθεση για την προβολή και προώθηση των μελών του\n       Επιμελητηρίου μας\n   6. Το Πρωτογενές Αίτημα του Διοικητικού Οικονομικού Τμήματος του Επιμελητηρίου\n       Χαλκιδικής με αρ. 80/21-9-2026 για την συμμετοχή του Επιμελητηρίου με επιχειρήσεις\n       μέλη του στην έκθεση τροφίμων και ποτών FOOD & DRINKS by Detrop.\n   7. Την Απόφαση Ανάληψης Υποχρέωσης με αριθμό 307/30-9-2026 (ΑΔΑ: 90Ρ7469ΗΚ9-1Χ5)\n       ποσού 5.500,00 € που βαραίνει τον ΚΑΕ 0853 για το έτος 2026\n\n        σας αποστέλλει πρόσκληση για την κατάθεση οικονομικής προφοράς για την ενοικίαση\nχώρου και δομής για τη συμμετοχή του Επιμελητηρίου Χαλκιδικής με τέσσερις (4) επιχειρήσεις\nμέλη του στην έκθεση τροφίμων και ποτών Food & Drinks by Detrop που θα διοργανώσετε στις\n13-15 Νοεμβρίου 2026.\n         Σύμφωνα με τις κατατεθειμένες αιτήσεις των επιχειρήσεων μελών μας, το ΔΣ αποφάσισε\nτην επιδότησή τους με ποσοστό 80% στο κόστος ενοικίασης ίχνους εδάφους έως 9 τμ και με\nποσοστό 80% στο κόστος κατασκευής περιπτέρου τύπου 4 έως 9 τμ. Η κάθε επιχείρηση θα είναι\nτοποθετημένη σε χώρο που έχει επιλέξει η ίδια σε συνεργασία με την εταιρεία σας καθώς και με τη\nδομή που έχει επιλέξει η ίδια.\n        Παρακαλούμε να μας αποστείλετε το αναλυτικό οικονομικό κόστος για κάθε συμμετέχουσα\nεπιχείρηση που αναλογεί στο Επιμελητήριο, για τη συμμετοχή των μελών μας στην Food & Drinks\nby Detrop βάσει της προαναφερόμενης απόφασης του ΔΣ για την επιδότησή τους με ποσοστό 80%\nστο κόστος ενοικίασης ίχνους εδάφους έως 9 τμ και με ποσοστό 80% στο κόστος κατασκευής\nπεριπτέρου τύπου 4 έως 9 τμ.\n      Για την υλοποίηση του ανωτέρω έργου θα ακολουθηθεί η διαδικασία της απευθείας ανάθεσης\nσύμφωνα με το Ν. 4412/2016, άρθρo 107 έτσι όπως τροποποιήθηκε και ισχύει με το Ν.\n4782/2021.\n\n     Επισημαίνεται ότι η προσφορά σας θα πρέπει να συνοδεύεται από :\n     α) απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου νομίμου εκπροσώπου ή υπεύθυνη δήλωση μέσω gov.gr ότι\n        τηρούνται οι προϋποθέσεις της παρ. 1 του άρθρου 73 του Ν. 4412/2016\n     β) φορολογική και ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα του νομικού προσώπου σε ισχύ για συμμετοχή\n       σε διαγωνισμό\n     Εφόσον πρόκειται για νομικό πρόσωπο, προσκομίζονται πρόσφατα αποδεικτικά έγγραφα\nνομιμοποίησης του νομικού προσώπου:\n     α. Γενικό πιστοποιητικό (μεταβολών) από την υπηρεσία ΓΕ.Μ.Η. και\n     β. Αναλυτικό πιστοποιητικό εκπροσώπησης (στοιχεία εκπροσώπων) από την\n        υπηρεσία ΓΕ.Μ.Η.\n     Η μη προσκόμιση των ανωτέρω από τον ανάδοχο αποτελεί λόγο αποκλεισμού.\n\n     Σε κάθε περίπτωση η προσκόμιση των ανωτέρω δικαιολογητικών από τον ανάδοχο,\nτηρουμένων των διατάξεων, θα πρέπει να γίνει πριν την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.\n\n     Τέλος επισημαίνεται ότι από 1.6.2024 ο «Ανάδοχος» υποχρεούται να εκδίδει\nηλεκτρονικά τιμολόγια σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του Ν. 4601/2019 (ΦΕΚ Α΄44) και την ΚΥΑ\nοικ. ΕΞ 2021/10.8.21 «Ηλεκτρονική Τιμολόγηση στο πλαίσιο των Δημοσίων Συμβάσεων\nδυνάμει του Ν. 4601/2019 (Α΄44)»\n\nΟ προϋπολογισμός του Επιμελητηρίου Χαλκιδικής για την ανάθεση των ανωτέρω υπηρεσιών με\nCPV: 39154100-7 (Περίπτερα εκθέσεων) ανέρχεται στα 5.500,00 € συμπεριλαμβανομένου\nΦΠΑ. Συνεπώς η προσφορά σας δεν θα πρέπει να ξεπερνά το ανωτέρω ποσό.
