Detaljan opis predmeta nabave s rokovima pružanja usluga naveden je u Tehničkoj specifikaciji. Aplikativni sustav kaznene evidencije je informacijski sustav u kojem se podaci iz Kaznene evidencije obrađuju, pohranjuju ili prenose u elektroničkom obliku tako da budu dostupni ovlaštenim korisnicima što uključuje i međunarodnu (ECRIS) razmjenu podataka iz kaznenih evidencija, komunikaciju sa sustavom ABIS te sustavom ECRIS TCN te podatke o rehabilitaciji presuda, odnosno osoba.\nCijena ponude\nStručno iskustvo stručnjaka\nNaručitelj kao nefinancijski kriterij određuje tehničku kvalitetu ponude kroz koja se promatra kroz stručna iskustva stručnjaka u području koja su vezana uz predmet nabave, kako bi se osigurala uspješna i pravovremena provedba ugovora o uslugama koje su predmet ove nabave. S obzirom na ozbiljnost i složenost usluga koje se nabavljaju te da će ovi stručnjaci biti odgovorni za koordinaciju različitih izvršitelja, Naručitelj je stava kako je za uspješno i pravovremeno izvršenje usluga od značaja da u izvršenju usluga koji su predmet ove nabave sudjeluje gospodarski subjekt, odnosno, stručnjaci sa značajnim dodatnim iskustvom i to upravo kako je navedeno/traženo u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi. Pojedinom ponuditelju utvrditi će se točan broj bodova po svakom pojedinom podkriteriju na temelju načina dodjeljivanja bodova određenog u Kriterijima za odabir ponude (prilog ove dokumentacije o nabavi). Ukupnim zbrojem bodova svakog podkriterija utvrdit će se maksimalan ukupan broj bodova koje ponuditelj ima prema kriteriju stručnog iskustva stručnjaka. Ukoliko gospodarski subjekt u ponudi za pojedini podkriterij odabira ne dostavi traženi dokaz (životopis/certifikat) biti će bodovan 0 (nulom) za taj podkriterij. OBRAZLOŽENJE: Naručitelju je od iznimne važnosti da usluge koje su predmet ovog postupka javne nabave budu izvršene kvalitetno i cjelovito u predviđenom roku. S obzirom na predmet nabave od važnosti je da ponuditelj posjeduje značajno profesionalno iskustvo, s istom svrhom od strane Naručitelja su zadani uvjeti - kriteriji kojima se definira minimalan broj osoba iz stručnog tima ponuditelja dok je iskustvo osoba iz stručnog tima ponuditelja za Naručitelja dodatna prednost.
