Договорът ще бъде сключен на посочената прогнозна стойност. За дейности, сходни с предмета на поръчката, се приемат: доставка на резервни части за офис техника. Възложителят ще приеме за достатъчни дейности, сходни с предмета на поръчката, независимо от обема, в който са реализирани. При подаване на офертата съответствието с поставения критерий се декларира в еЕЕДОП, Част IV: Критерии за подбор, раздел В: Технически и професионални способности - попълва се информация, достатъчна за удостоверяване на съответствието с изискванията на възложителя. За доказване изпълнението на поставеното изискване се представя списък на доставките или услугите, с посочване на стойностите, датите и получателите, заедно с документи, които доказват извършените дейности, съгласно чл.64, ал.1, т.2 от ЗОП.
