Der Abbruch zum Freimachen des Baufeldes ist abgeschlossen. Um den denkmalgeschützten Park weitestgehend von der Baumaßnahme freizuhalten und die Zuwegung zum Park für Parkbesucher über die historische Allee sicherzustellen, ist die Baustelle ausschließlich über die im Süden des Grundstücks eingerichtete Baustellenzufahrt zu bedienen.  \nDie notwendige Kampfmittelsondierung auf dem Baufeld ist abgeschlossen. Die Erdbauarbeiten und Betonarbeiten sind vergeben und beginnen in kürze.  \n\nDas Neubaukonzept beinhaltet, ein Angebot für die Menschen aller Generationen der Umgebung mit verschiedenster Ausrichtung vorzuhalten.
