Opgaven er underlagt den for sådanne sager gældende lovgivning med tilhørende cirkulærer og vejledninger. Totalentreprisen omfatter udarbejdelse af konkurrenceforslag, dispositionsforslag, udarbejdelse af forprojekt, myndighedsprojekt samt hovedprojekt og udførelsesprojekt.     "text": "Nærværende EU-udbud vedrører en totalentreprisekontrakt for opførelse af Vilhelmines Have Plejehjem, herefter benævnet ’’Vilhelmines Have’’. Vilhelmines Have er beliggende i Koldings nordlige bydel i boligområdet Skovvejen-Skovparken. Forinden opførelse af Vilhelmines Have, skal tre boligblokke nedrives. Nedrivning er ikke en del af nærværende totalentreprisekontrakt. Lokalplan 0114-71 er gældende for området. Lokalplan 0114-71 er en opfølgning på den strategiske udviklingsplan for Skovvejen-Skovparken, der blev vedtaget af Byrådet i Kolding den 28. maj 2019. AAB Kolding er bygningsejer mens Kolding Kommune er kommende bruger og lejer af bygningen. Den daglige drift af bygningen varetages af AAB Kolding. Derfor er medlemmer fra både AAB Kolding og Kommunen en del af planlægningen samt udførelsen af projektet. Totalentreprisekontrakten udbydes af AAB Kolding, afdeling 04 og 08 v/ Bovia, som er den egentlige Bygherre og benævnes herefter ”Bygherre”, og kontrakten omfatter således både projektering og udførelse. Det er konkurrencens formål at frembringe forslag til opførelse af Vilhelmines Have, så projektet imødekommer ønsker vedrørende beboernes hverdagsliv samt de arkitektoniske krav, der fremgår af byggeprogrammet. I dette udbud er der følgende mindstekrav: - at levere 70 boliger med et samlet boligareal inkl. fællesboligareal på 4900 BBR m2 - at levere et serviceareal til plejehjemmet på 1750 BBR m2 Projektet vedrører almene boliger og gennemføres med offentlig støtte. Opgaven er underlagt den for sådanne sager gældende lovgivning med tilhørende cirkulærer og vejledninger. Totalentreprisen omfatter udarbejdelse af konkurrenceforslag, dispositionsforslag, udarbejdelse af forprojekt, myndighedsprojekt samt hovedprojekt og udførelsesprojekt. Totalentreprenøren er ansvarlig for alle projekterings-, rådgivnings- og udførelsesydelser samt myndighedsforhold, der er nødvendige for projektets gennemførelse i overensstemmelse md udbudsmaterialer, herunder projekteringsledelse, byggeledelse, fagtilsyn, opfølgning, IKT-ledelse og arbejdsmiljøkoordinering (P+B), samt certificerede rådgivere på brand og statik. ABT 18 med de ændringer og præciseringer, der fremgår af udbudsmaterialet, er gældende for totalentreprisen. Det udbudte arbejde er mere detaljeret beskrevet i udbudsmaterialet. Udbuddet gennemføres som en omvendt licitation med en fast maksimal entreprisesum på 120 mio. kr. ekskl. moms. Fastpris: 120.000.000 kr. ekskl. moms Der konkurreres ikke på tilbudssummen for projektet. Evalueringen omfatter derimod de fastsatte kvalitative kriterier samt den økonomiske værdi af de fradrag, som tilbudsgiver måtte angive i Fradragslisten.",
