BERTRAND\n\nLes prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Cet appel d'offre est composé de deux lots lancés à différentes étapes. LOT 1 : Déconstruction du pont A Bertrand. Il s'agit de la déconstruction du pont sur l'Allier. Cet ouvrage est un pont en béton armé avec deux travées en arc et un appui central en bord de berge sur la rive droite. Cet ouvrage a été construit en 1929. De par son ancienneté et ses pathologies, il doit être déconstruit pour une reconstruction d'un ouvrage neuf par la suite. Cette phase de reconstruction n'est pas comprise dans ce dossier. Le titulaire exécute les prestations dans le respect des exigences environnementales définies au marché. Il met en oeuvre toutes les mesures nécessaires afin de limiter les impacts du chantier sur l'environnement, notamment en matière de gestion des déchets, de réduction des nuisances, de prévention des pollutions et d'utilisation de matériaux à faible impact environnemental. Le non-respect de ces obligations pourra donner lieu à l'application de pénalités contractuelles. Notice de Respect de l'Environnement (NRE) : - La clause définit les obligations environnementales du titulaire et de ses sous-traitants, applicables de la préparation à la réception des travaux, en conformité avec la Notice de Respect de l'Environnement (NRE). - Le candidat doit fournir un Schéma Organisationnel du Plan de Respect de l'Environnement (SOPRE) lors de sa candidature, puis un Plan de Respect de l'Environnement (PRE) avant le démarrage des travaux, précisant l'organisation, les mesures de maîtrise des impacts, la gestion des déchets, les modalités de contrôle et de reporting. - Le PRE est soumis à validation du maître d'oeuvre et doit être mis à jour en fonction de l'évolution du chantier. - L'entreprise s'engage à respecter strictement toutes les prescriptions environnementales, notamment la protection des milieux naturels, la gestion des nuisances (bruit, poussières, eaux), la propreté du chantier, et la gestion réglementaire des déchets avec traçabilité. - Un responsable environnement sera en charge de garantir le respect des obligations règlementaires par l'ensemble des intervenants et veillera à l'application des prescriptions vis à vis de la protection environnementale sur le chantier. - Le maître d'oeuvre effectue des contrôles réguliers, avec possibilité de points d'arrêt pour phases critiques, et des pénalités peuvent être appliquées en cas de manquements\n\nRD n°590 - DECONSTRUCTION DU PONT A.
