Předmětem plnění je tedy výkon technického dozoru stavebníka v souladu se zákonem č. 283/2021 Sb., stavební zákon, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „stavební zákon“) a koordinátora bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci na staveništi v souladu se zákonem č. 309/2006 Sb., kterým se upravují další požadavky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v pracovněprávních vztazích a o zajištění bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při činnosti nebo poskytování služeb mimo pracovněprávní vztahy (zákon o zajištění dalších podmínek bezpečnosti a ochran zdraví při práci) ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen „zákon BOZP“).\nPředmětem realizace Stavby je rekonstrukce stávajících a výstavba nových provozních ploch a zařízení pro zvýšení bezpečnosti leteckého provozu na letišti Leoše Janáčka Ostrava.\nKonkrétně se jedná o rekonstrukci přistávací a vzletové dráhy 04/22, pojezdových drah TWY A, TWY B, TWY C, TWY D, TWY E, TWY F a části TWY G, zřízení pojezdových drah pro rychlé odbočení ze vzletové a přistávací dráhy 04/22, výstavbu TWY W se speciálním stáním pro odmrazování a protinámrazové ošetření letadel, rekonstrukci odbavovacích ploch APN S1, APN S2 včetně jejich rozšíření, APN N4, posun výjezdu z areálu Integrovaného výjezdového centra pro hasičská vozidla do vhodnější pozice. Součástí Stavby je i rekonstrukce stávající krátké přibližovací řady pro směr 04 na plnohodnotnou světelnou soustavu pro přesné přiblížení II. a III. kategorie, doplnění ILS pro směr 04. Spolu s rekonstrukcí dojde k doplnění nových vnitroareálových obslužných komunikací k technologickým zařízením a doplnění osvětlení do prostoru odmrazovacího stání. Součástí projektu je také rekonstrukce technologie trafostanic, včetně kompletní výměny kabelovodů a SZZ, úprava části oplocení areálu letiště a související terénní úpravy. Součástí Stavby bude realizace potřebného vybavení provozních ploch světelným zabezpečovacím zařízením a jejich odvodnění včetně rekonstrukce páteřních stok a lapolů.
