    "text": "France – Services de conseil et de consultation en ingénierie – Assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour l'accompagnement de la mise en oeuvre de la stratégie d'accessibilité universelle de la Solideo Alpes 2030\n\nDans le cadre de l'organisation des Jeux olympiques et paralympiques d'hiver Alpes 2030, la Solideo Alpes 2030 recherche un prestataire pour l'accompagner dans la mise en oeuvre de sa stratégie d'accessibilité universelle. Cette stratégie vise à garantir à tous les usagers une qualité d'usage optimale. Elle doit aussi laisser un héritage durable aux territoires de montagne après les Jeux. Le périmètre porte sur des ouvrages situés en Haute-Savoie, en Savoie, dans le Briançonnais et dans la métropole de Lyon. Il s'agit de villages olympiques et paralympiques et de bâtiments recevant du public, d'infrastructures de mobilité et d'infrastructures sportives, dont la plupart connaîtront une configuration « Jeux » puis une configuration « héritage ». Les missions comprennent : - le suivi, l'actualisation et le bilan de la stratégie d'accessibilité universelle, ainsi que la réalisation d'études spécifiques ; - l'accompagnement des ouvrages en phase de conception ; - l'accompagnement des ouvrages en phase travaux et réception ; - l'animation de groupes d'experts d'usage et l'organisation de visites de terrain. Le détail des missions est précisé dans le CCTP. L'accord-cadre est mono-attributaire. Il est exécuté par bons de commande et marchés subséquents (articles R. 2162-2 à R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique), sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum de 200 000 euro(s) HT par an, soit 800 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre, reconductions comprises.
