Via deze adviesverlening kan de UGent de relevante marktevoluties op continue basis opvolgen, zowel in binnen- als buitenland en zowel binnen als buiten de publieke sector. Dit omvat onder meer het opvolgen van technologische trends, wijzigende marktstructuren, nieuwe bedrijfs- en licentiemodellen en de positionering en maturiteit van aanbieders.
