    "text": "Otsikko: HUS 397-2024 Kiinnitysvälineet potilaan teho- ja leikkaushoidon aikaiseen asentohoitoon\n\nKuvaus: HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia teho- ja leikkaushoidon kiinnitysvälineistä. Hankintaan sisältyvät mm. seuraavat tuoteryhmät/tuotteet: - Proneview -yhteensopivat potilaskohtaiset pehmusteet - kertakäyttöiset kasvo- ja päätyynyt - kertakäyttöiset potilasasentopatjat Trendelenburg -asentoon - pehmustelevy - käsipehmuste vatsa-asentoon - kertakäyttöinen potilaan kiinnitysremmi - HipFix -telineen potilaskohtaiset pehmusteet - Insite -leikkauspöydän potilaskohtainen pehmustesetti Tuotteet on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1 Tarjouslomake. Hankinta on jaettu osiin, siten että päätös tehdään tuotekoreittain. Tullakseen vertailluksi tuotekorissa, tulee tarjous jättää tuotekorin kaikista tuotteista. Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä (ks. sopimusluonnos). Varsinainen sopimuskausi on voimassa kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue, Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue ja Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue. Ks. tarkemmat tiedot tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 2 Sopimusluonnos. Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 1,4 miljoonaa euroa. Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneisiin kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä. Hankinnan kohde ja sitä koskevat vaatimukset on kuvattu yksityiskohtaisesti tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä.
