"text": "Entwicklung Spitalareal, Visp / Ausschreibung Präqualifikation\nSIMAP-Bekanntmachungsnummer 45346-01\n\nAuftraggeberin: Gemeinde Visp.\nAuftragsbeschreibung:\nDie Gemeinde Visp beabsichtigt, das rund 16'700 m² grosse Spitalareal Visp nach Aufgabe des heutigen Spitalstandorts zu einem qualitätsvollen, durchmischten und urbanen Quartier weiterzuentwickeln. Im Rahmen eines einstufigen Studienauftrags in Anlehnung an SIA 143 soll eine Projektstudie bzw. ein städtebauliches Richtprojekt erarbeitet werden, welches als Grundlage für den anschliessenden Quartierplan und die weitere Arealentwicklung dient.
Die Aufgabe umfasst insbesondere die gesamtheitliche Bearbeitung von Städtebau, Architektur, Freiraum, Erschliessung und Mobilität, Nutzungsverteilung, Umgang mit dem Gebäudebestand, Etappierbarkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Nachhaltigkeit sowie die Einbindung in das bestehende Siedlungsgefüge.
Gemäss der vorgängig erarbeiteten Potenzialstudie besteht ein Entwicklungspotenzial von rund 33'700 m² oberirdischer Geschossfläche mit schwergewichtig Wohnnutzungen und ergänzenden publikumsorientierten Nutzungen. Das voraussichtliche Investitionsvolumen für die spätere Arealentwicklung beträgt rund CHF 120 Mio.
