Das Projekt umfasst zudem die energetische Ertüchtigung des Bestands, die hindernisfreie Erschliessung sowie die Neugestaltung der Aussenanlagen. Im Rahmen eines selektiven Studienauftrags mit vier Planungsteams wird eine wirtschaftliche, nachhaltige und architektonisch überzeugende Lösung gesucht, die eine spätere Aufstockung ermöglicht.</p>\n\nAblauf des Studienauftrags:\nIm Rahmen des Studienauftrages werden eine Begehung, eine schriftliche\nFragenbeantwortung und eine Zwischenbesprechung durchgeführt. Anlässlich der\nSchlusspräsentation resp. im Anschluss daran wird die Schlussbeurteilung stattfinden.\n\nTeilnahme von Planungsteams:\nDie Architektur- und Landschaftsarchitekturbüros dürfen nur in einem Team teilnehmen.\n\nPauschalentschädigung:\nDie zum Studienauftrag eingeladenen Planungsteams erhalten je CHF 15‘000 (inkl.\nNebenkosten und MwSt.) als feste Pauschalentschädigung.
