Αντικείμενο της σύμβασης είναι η μίσθωση κατάλληλων μηχανημάτων έργου, φορτηγών και βοηθητικών οχημάτων, μετά των χειριστών και οδηγών τους, για την πρόληψη και την άμεση αντιμετώπιση εκτάκτων αναγκών από φυσικές, τεχνολογικές ή ανθρωπογενείς καταστροφές (όπως ενδεικτικά: έντονες χιονοπτώσεις, παγετός, πλημμυρικά φαινόμενα, θυελλώδεις άνεμοι, δασικές ή αστικές πυρκαγιές, καθιζήσεις, κατολισθήσεις), όπως αναλυτικά περιγράφεται στο ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι (01/2026 ΜΕΛΕΤΗ). Σκοπός της παροχής αυτών των υπηρεσιών είναι η διασφάλιση της πολιτικής προστασίας, της ασφάλειας των πολιτών, της προστασίας υποδομών, καθώς και η διατήρηση της βατότητας του οδικού δικτύου σε ολόκληρη τη διοικητική περιφέρεια του Δήμου Θερμαϊκού, ο οποίος εκτείνεται στις εξής Δημοτικές Ενότητες και Κοινότητες: • Δημοτική Ενότητα Θερμαϊκού: Περαία, Νέοι Επιβάτες, Αγία Τριάδα. • Δημοτική Ενότητα Μηχανιώνας: Νέα Μηχανιώνα, Αγγελοχώρι, Κερασιά. • Δημοτική Ενότητα Επανομής: Επανομή, Μεσημέρι. Προσφορές υποβάλλονται είτε για το σύνολο των ομάδων μηχανημάτων είτε για μία ή περισσότερες ομάδες, όπως αυτές περιγράφονται αναλυτικά στον ενδεικτικό προϋπολογισμό και στα λοιπά τεύχη της 01/2026 μελέτης (ΠΑΡΑΡΤΗΜΑ Ι). Οι προσφέροντες υποχρεούνται επί ποινή αποκλεισμού να υποβάλουν προσφορά για το σύνολο των ειδών της/των Ομάδας/ων για την/τις οποία/ες επιθυμούν να λάβουν μέρος, καθώς και για το σύνολο των ποσοτήτων του προϋπολογισμού της/των Ομάδας/ων αυτής/ων.
