Από τα στοιχεία αυτά προέκυψε ότι η προσυπολογιζόμενη\nδαπάνη των 8.000,00 € πλέον Φ.Π.Α. είναι εύλογη και η πιο συμφέρουσα από\nάποψη τιμής.\n\nΓια την κάλυψη της δαπάνης της ανωτέρω «Εργασίες συντήρησης αγροτικής\nοδοποιίας ΔΕ Κάτω Ολύμπου» έχει εκδοθεί α) η υπ’ αριθ. 690/15-10-2026\n(ΑΔΑ:ΨΒ85ΩΗ7-ΡΓΩ) απόφαση ανάληψης υποχρέωσης και β) η βεβαίωση του\nΠροϊσταμένου της Οικονομικής Υπηρεσίας, επί της ανωτέρω απόφασης (ή\nπρότασης) ανάληψης υποχρέωσης, για την ύπαρξη διαθέσιμου ποσού, τη\nσυνδρομή των προϋποθέσεων της παρ 1α του άρθρου 4 του ΠΔ 80/2016 και τη\nδέσμευση στα οικείο Μητρώο Δεσμεύσεων της αντίστοιχης πίστωσης.\n\nΟ ανάδοχος υποχρεούται, για την πληρωμή του, να υποβάλλει ηλεκτρονικό\nτιμολόγιο σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις των άρθρων 148 έως 154 του ν.4601/2019\n(ΦΕΚ 44/2019 τεύχος Α’), της ΚΥΑ 98979 ΕΞ 2021/10.08.2021 (ΦΕΚ\n\n3766/2021 τεύχος B’), της ΚΥΑ 63446/31.05.2021 (ΦΕΚ 2338/2021 τεύχος Β')\nκαι της ΚΥΑ 52445 ΕΞ 2023/2023 (ΦΕΚ 2385/2023 τεύχος Β').\n\nΟ Κωδικός της Αναθέτουσας Αρχής για την Ηλεκτρονική Τιμολόγηση, στο\nΜητρώο       Αναθετουσών          Αρχών          Ηλεκτρονικής         Τιμολόγησης       είναι\n1007.E82205.0001\n\nΠαρακαλούμε να μας αποστείλετε σχετική προσφορά για τις ανωτέρω υπηρεσίας\nμέχρι την 20/10/2026 και ώρα 15:00, μέσω (e-mail) η με οποιοδήποτε άλλο\nτρόπο.\n\nΘα    ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΤΟΥΝ          εργασίες συντήρησης και επισκευής των              βλαβών του\nυφιστάμενου αγροτικού οδικού δικτύου οι οποίες                        προήλθαν      από την\nφυσική φθορά λόγω χρήσης , και τα έντονα καιρικά φαινόμενα που έπληξαν\nτην   περιοχή       έτσι   ώστε     να    επιτευχθεί   αποκατάσταση         βατότητας     του\nοδοστρώματος,       η       ομαλή        προσπελασιμότητα       και    να    διατηρηθεί    η\nλειτουργικότητά του οδοστρώματος από τροχοφόρα οχήματα και πεζούς,, για\nτην ασφαλή προσβασιμότητα των χρηστών.\n\nΑναλυτικότερα προβλέπεται να εκτελεστούν οι παρακάτω εργασίες :\n\nΑποκατάσταση υφιστάμενου καταστρώματος οδού με μηχανικά μέσα, πλήρης\nμόρφωση της οδού οποιουδήποτε πλάτους και με τη χρήση οποιονδήποτε\nμηχανικών μέσων (ισοπεδωτή γαιών (γκρέιντερ), μπουλντόζα, διαμορφωτή,\nφορτωτή, ανατρεπόμενο όχημα κ.λ.π). Διάνοιξη τάφρου τριγωνικής διατομής ή\nτραπεζοειδούς διατομής ή καθαρισμός και εκβάθυνση υπάρχουσας με οιαδήποτε\nμηχανικά μέσα, για τη μόρφωση των πρανών και του πυθμένα της τάφρου μετά\nτης μεταφοράς των προϊόντων καθαρισμού σε οποιαδήποτε απόσταση, όπου\nείναι απαραίτητο.\n\nΘα γίνει διαβροχή και συμπύκνωση του οδοστρώματος με οδοστρωτήρα, όπου\nκρίνεται αναγκαίο, θα γίνει ισοπέδωση με πρόσθετο υλικό, άρση καταπτώσεων ή\nκατολισθήσεων εδάφους οποιασδήποτε φύσεως από τα πρανή ορυγμάτων ή\nεπιχωμάτων      υφιστάμενων       οδών,     με   την   μεταφορά       των   προϊόντων     σε\nοποιαδήποτε απόσταση.\n\nΗ εργασία συντήρησης της αγροτικής οδοποιίας , είναι αναγκαίο να εκτελεστεί,\nαπό οργανωμένο συνεργείο μετά τις υποδείξεις της Υπηρεσίας, με σκοπό την\n\nπρόσβαση των οχημάτων των δημοτών και επίσης σε περιπτώσεις ακραίων\nκαιρικών φαινομένων για την διευκόλυνση της προσβασιμότητας του αγροτικού\nδικτύου σε τυχόν πληγείσες περιοχές.\n\nΘα πρέπει επίσης να γίνεται λήψη όλων των απαραίτητων μέτρων ασφαλείας\nκατά την εκτέλεση των εργασιών προς αποφυγή προβλημάτων στην κυκλοφορία\nκαι κυρίως προς αποφυγή ατυχημάτων. Ο ανάδοχος οφείλει να μεριμνήσει με\nδαπάνη και ευθύνη του, να πάρει όλα τα απαραίτητα μέτρα ασφάλειας, με την\nτοποθέτηση κατάλληλης σήμανσης κατά την διάρκεια εκτέλεσης των εργασιών.\nΌλες οι εργασίες θα γίνουν βάσει των ισχυουσών τεχνικών προδιαγραφών\n(ΕΤΕΠ) και των υποδείξεων της υπηρεσίας.\n\n Α/Α                  ΕΝΔΕΙΞΗ ΕΡΓΑΣΙΩΝ              ΜΟΝΑΔΑ ΜΕΤΡΗΣΗΣ   ΠΟΣΟΤΗΤΑ\n\n       Εργασίες Συντήρησης Αγροτικής Οδοποιίας ΔΕ\n       Κάτω Ολύμπου του Δήμου Τεμπών.                    Ώρες           200\n       Χωματουργικές εργασίες με χρήση μηχανικών\n   1   μέσων στην Δ.Ε. Τοπογραφική Μελέτη\n  β. Συγκοινωνιακή Μελέτη και Μελέτη Οδοποιίας\n  γ. Μελέτη Σήμανσης και Ασφάλισης\n  δ. Μελέτη Αποστράγγισης Ομβρίων Υδάτων\n  ε. Μελέτη Περιβαλλοντικών Επιπτώσεων\n  στ. Μελέτη Φωτισμού\n\n  Οι περιοχές μελέτης είναι:\n\n  1. Διασταύρωση στα νοτιοανατολικά του οικισμού Μακρυχωρίου σε σημείο που συμβάλλουν δημοτικός\n     δρόμος με τον δρόμο Μακρυχωρίου – Γόννων δικαιοδοσίας του Δήμου Τεμπών.\n\n  2. Η υποχρέωση αφορά ιδίως: αα) στις\n      περιπτώσεις εταιρειών περιορισμένης ευθύνης (Ε.Π.Ε.) και προσωπικών εταιρειών (Ο.Ε. και Ε.Ε.),\n      τους διαχειριστές, ββ) στις περιπτώσεις ανωνύμων εταιρειών (Α.Ε.), τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο,\n      καθώς και όλα τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.\n  2. Φορολογική ενημερότητα που εκδίδεται από το Υπουργείο Οικονομικών (αρμόδια Δ.Ο.Υ.) για τον\n      οικονομικό φορέα..\n  3. Ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα που εκδίδεται από τον αρμόδιο ασφαλιστικό φορέα (άρθρο 80 παρ.2\n      του Ν. 4412/2016) (για συμμετοχή σε διαγωνισμό). Επισημαίνεται ότι στις ατομικές επιχειρήσεις\n      πρέπει να προσκομίζεται και η ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα για το προσωπικό που απασχολείται (αν\n      δεν υπάρχει απασχολούμενο προσωπικό, προσκομίζουν βεβαίωση από τον ασφαλιστικό φορέα)\n      καθώς και η προσωπική ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα του εργοδότη.\n  4. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του οικονομικού φορέα, περί μη επιβολής σε βάρος του οικονομικού φορέα της\n      κύρωσης του οριζόντιου αποκλεισμού, με τελεσίδικες δικαστικές και διοικητικές αποφάσεις\n      σύμφωνα τις διατάξεις της κείμενης νομοθεσίας (άρθρο 74 παρ.4 Ν. 4412/2016, όπως\n      τροποποιήθηκε από το άρθρο 23 του Ν. 4782/2021).\n  5. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του οικονομικού φορέα, σε περίπτωση φυσικού προσώπου ότι δεν συντρέχουν\n      οι λόγοι αποκλεισμού της παραγράφου 1 του άρθρου 73 του Ν. 4412/2016. Σε περίπτωση νομικού\n      προσώπου η προαναφερόμενη υπεύθυνη δήλωση υποβάλλεται εκ μέρους του νομίμου\n      εκπροσώπου, όπως αυτός ορίζεται στο άρθρο 79Α του Ν. 4412/2016. Η υποχρέωση αποκλεισμού\n      οικονομικού φορέα εφαρμόζεται επίσης όταν το πρόσωπο εις βάρος του οποίου εκδόθηκε\n      αμετάκλητη καταδικαστική απόφαση είναι μέλος του διοικητικού, διευθυντικού ή εποπτικού\n      οργάνου του εν λόγω οικονομικού φορέα ή έχει εξουσία εκπροσώπησης, λήψης αποφάσεων ή\n      ελέγχου σε αυτό. Η υποχρέωση του προηγούμενου εδαφίου αφορά: α) στις περιπτώσεις εταιρειών\n      περιορισμένης ευθύνης (Ε.Π.Ε.), ιδιωτικών κεφαλαιουχικών εταιρειών (Ι.Κ.Ε.) και προσωπικών\n      εταιρειών (Ο.Ε. και Ε.Ε.), τους διαχειριστές, ή β) στις περιπτώσεις ανωνύμων εταιρειών (Α.Ε.), τον\n      διευθύνοντα σύμβουλο, τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, καθώς και τα πρόσωπα στα οποία με\n      απόφαση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου έχει ανατεθεί το σύνολο της διαχείρισης και εκπροσώπησης\n      της εταιρείας, ή γ) στις περιπτώσεις των συνεταιρισμών, τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, ή δ)\n      στις υπόλοιπες περιπτώσεις νομικών προσώπων, τον κατά περίπτωση νόμιμο εκπρόσωπο (άρθρο 80\n      παρ. 9 του Ν. 4412/2016 και άρθρο 73 παρ.1 του Ν.4412/2016).\n  6. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του αναδόχου ότι ο ίδιος ή ελεγχόμενο από αυτόν φυσικό ή νομικό πρόσωπο\n      δεν έχει συνάψει σύμβαση του άρθρου 118 για διάστημα δώδεκα (12) μηνών πριν την έκδοση της\n      παρούσας.\n  7. Αποδεικτικό έγγραφο νομιμοποίησης εκπροσώπησης στην περίπτωση νομικού προσώπου.\n  8. Εφόσον πρόκειται για νομικό πρόσωπο, αποδεικτικά έγγραφα νομιμοποίησης του νομικού\n      προσώπου (άρθρο 93 του Ν. 4412/2016).\n  9.
