ΡΕΘΥΜΝΟΥ ΤΟΥ ΔΗΜΟΥ ΡΕΘΥΜΝΟΥ ΕΤΟΥΣ 2026», την οποία ενδιαφέρεται να αναθέσει η Υπηρεσία μας με απ’ ευθείας ανάθεση, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις του άρθρου 328 του Ν. 4412/2016.\n\nΗ δαπάνη για την εργασία αυτή προϋπολογίζεται στο ποσό των 29.997,50 ευρώ, συν Φ.Π.Α. 24%, η οποία προβλέπεται να χρηματοδοτηθεί από τον τακτικό προϋπολογισμό της ΔΕΥΑ Ρεθύμνου και συγκεκριμένα τον κωδικό προϋπολογισμού 2026: 64-00-0301.\n\nΟ φάκελος οικονομικής προσφοράς θα πρέπει να είναι κλειστός και θα περιέχει:\n1. Το έντυπο οικονομικής προσφοράς της υπηρεσίας.\n2. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση ότι δεν συντρέχουν λόγοι αποκλεισμού του οικονομικού φορέα από τη διαδικασία σύναψης σύμβασης με τη ΔΕΥΑΡ, σύμφωνα με τις διατάξεις των παραγράφων 1 και 2 του άρθρου 73 του Ν. 4412/2016.\n3. Υπεύθυνη δήλωση ότι ο διαγωνιζόμενος ασκεί επαγγελματική δραστηριότητα συναφή με το αντικείμενο της προς παροχή υπηρεσίας, έχει λάβει γνώση των τεχνικών προδιαγραφών της μελέτης και διαθέτει τα απαιτούμενα δικαιολογητικά που περιγράφονται σε αυτή, τα οποία θα καταθέσει στην υπηρεσία πριν από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης, προκειμένου να ελεγχθούν.\n\nΗ οικονομική προσφορά θα πρέπει να είναι σε σφραγισμένο έντυπο της υπηρεσίας, το οποίο υπάρχει στην αντίστοιχη μελέτη της εργασίας. Η μελέτη της εργασίας και το έντυπο της οικονομικής προσφοράς έχουν αναρτηθεί στον ιστότοπο της ΔΕΥΑΡ, deyar.eu → προκηρύξεις εργασιών.\n\nΣε περίπτωση που προχωρήσουμε σε σύναψη σύμβασης και πριν την υπογραφή αυτής, προς απόδειξη της μη συνδρομής λόγων αποκλεισμού από διαδικασίες σύναψης δημοσίων συμβάσεων των παραγράφων 1 και 2 του άρθρου 73 του Ν. 4412/2016, παρακαλούμε να μας προσκομίσετε τα ακόλουθα δικαιολογητικά:\nα. Απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου. Η υποχρέωση αφορά ειδικά: αα) για εταιρείες περιορισμένης ευθύνης (Ε.Π.Ε.) και προσωπικές εταιρείες (Ο.Ε. και Ε.Ε.), τους διαχειριστές, ββ) για ανώνυμες εταιρείες (Α.Ε.), τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο καθώς και όλα τα μέλη του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου.\nβ. Φορολογική ενημερότητα.\nγ. Ασφαλιστική ενημερότητα (άρθρο 80 παρ. 2 του Ν. 4412/2016).\nδ.
