Για τη συμμετοχή στην παρούσα διαδικασία οι ενδιαφερόμενοι\nοικονομικοί φορείς απαιτείται να διαθέτουν ψηφιακή υπογραφή, χορηγούμενη από\nπιστοποιημένη αρχή παροχής ψηφιακής υπογραφής και να εγγραφούν στο ηλεκτρονικό\nσύστημα (ΕΣΗΔΗΣ – Διαδικτυακή πύλη www.promitheus.gov.gr) ακολουθώντας την\nδιαδικασία εγγραφής.\nΟ χρόνος ισχύος των προσφορών είναι έξι (9) μήνες από την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.\nΟι προσφορές συντάσσονται στην ελληνική γλώσσα.\nΗ δαπάνη θα χρηματοδοτηθεί από τα τακτικά έσοδα του Δήμου.\nΠροδικαστική Προσφυγή υποβάλλεται μέσω της λειτουργικότητας της “Επικοινωνίας”\nτης πύλης www.promitheus.gov.gr του Ε.Σ.Η.ΔΗ.Σ.\n\n\nΓια τη συμμετοχή στο διαγωνισμό απαιτείται η κατάθεση εγγυητικής επιστολής σύμφωνα\n\n\nμε το άρθρο 2.2.2.1 της διακήρυξης και έχει ισχύ τουλάχιστον εννέα (9) μηνών και 30\nημερών, από την ημερομηνία λήξης της προθεσμίας υποβολής των προσφορών. Στην\nπερίπτωση ένωσης οικονομικών φορέων, η εγγύηση συμμετοχής περιλαμβάνει και τον\nόρο ότι η εγγύηση καλύπτει τις υποχρεώσεις όλων των οικονομικών φορέων που\nσυμμετέχουν στην ένωση.
