    "text": "Procedure description (Romanian):\nAchiziția presupune atribuirea unui contract de execuție lucrări, al cărui obiect constă în eficientizarea energetică a unui imobil cu destinație de clădire rezidențială multifamilială (bloc de locuințe) din Municipiul Lupeni, str. Gheorghe Șincai blocul A1, în baza unei finanțări nerambursabile acordată prin Programul Regional Vest 2021-2027,  Prioritatea 3: O regiune cu orașe prietenoase cu mediul / Obiectiv specific: RSO2.1_Promovarea măsurilor de eficiență energetică și reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră, Apelul de proiecte PRV/233/PRV_P3/OP2/RSO2.1/PRV_A21 - PRV/3.1.A/1.6 Eficiență energetică în clădiri rezidențiale – UAT ITI Valea Jiului, în baza Contractului de Finanțare nr. 571/ 10.07.2026.\nExecuția lucrărilor se va realiza cu respectarea strictă a specificațiilor din proiectele tehnice și documentațiile tehnico-economice anexate Caietului de Sarcini, a normativelor în vigoare, precum și a principiilor DNSH instituite de către Comisia Europeană.
