Perceel 1: De oplossing dient de gemeente te ondersteunen bij het integraal beheren van de gemeentelijke vastgoedportefeuille en de uitvoering van de daarbij behorende operationele, administratieve, financiële en beleidsmatige processen. Daarbij dient de software de volledige vastgoedbeheerprocessen te faciliteren, waaronder het beheren van objectgegevens, contracten, onderhoud, exploitatie, duurzaamheid, financiën en rapportages. Perceel 2: De oplossing moet dient de gemeente te ondersteunen bij het integraal beheren van onderwijsvoorzieningen en de samenwerking met schoolbesturen.
