    "text": "Το Φράγμα Μαρμαρά κατασκευάζεται στον Νομό Καβάλας, περίπου 5.5 km NA του Ακροποτάμου και 2.0 km ΒΑ των Λουτρών Ελευθερών, του Δήμου Παγγαίου. Ο ταμιευτήρας συγκεντρώνει τα απορρέοντα νερά του ποταμού Μαρμαρά. Σκοπός του η αξιοποίηση των υδατικών πόρων της λεκάνης απορροής του ποταμού, για την ενίσχυσης της άρδευσης καλλιεργειών στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Η κατασκευή του φράγματος Μαρμαρά, ξεκίνησε το 2008 και πριν την ολοκλήρωση του έγινε Διάλυση της Σύμβασης του έργου το Σεπτέμβριο του 2023. Τα επιμέρους τεχνικά έργα από τα οποία συντίθεται καθώς και τα στάδια κατασκευής τους έως σήμερα έχουν ως κάτωθι: • Το κυρίως φράγμα, με το πρόφραγμα και τα έργα θεμελίωσης και στεγάνωσης, (υλοποίηση του 95% των εργασιών). • Τα έργα εκτροπής και εκκένωσης, (υλοποίηση του 95% των εργασιών). • Τα έργα υπερχείλισης και καταστροφής ενέργειας, (υλοποίηση του 90% των εργασιών). • Η οδός προσπέλασης του φράγματος, (υλοποίηση του 95% των εργασιών). • Τα δευτερεύοντα-συμπληρωματικά έργα, που απαιτούνται για την ολοκλήρωση του έργου, (υλοποίηση του 80% των εργασιών). Ο Ανάδοχος έχει τις ακόλουθες υποχρεώσεις: [α] Ολοκλήρωση του φράγματος Μαρμαρά και των συνδεόμενων έργων. [β] Υλοποίηση της πρώτης πλήρωσης του ταμιευτήρα.
