Cette étape consistera en une formation à l’utilisation d’un logiciel de modélisation (WOLF-2D). La bonne réalisation de cette formation par les prestataires sera évaluée comme condition d’accès aux prestataires pour pouvoir candidater à un marché subséquent. Les prestataires ayant déjà contribué à l’accord-cadre de services MODENS verront cette étape être adaptée, les autres prestataires ne seront cependant pas désavantagés car cette étape qui gèle une période commune à tous les prestataires retenus : aucun marché ne sera lancé pendant cette première période préliminaire de marché.
