A Project is the workspace for one response: the buyer's documents, the requirements, your approved company knowledge, the draft answers, the reviews and the final files in the buyer's own format. Human owners remain responsible for buyer instructions, commitments, approvals and the final submission.

## Inside a Project

- **Questionnaires:** every answer cites its sources and shows a trust score, so reviewers know where to look first. Answers are approved one by one.
- **Proposals:** drafted in your structure from approved company knowledge.
- **Memory:** a correction or new fact given once is reused in later answers.
- **Connected tools:** the work apps your team already uses can serve as knowledge sources.
- **Native export:** answers go back into the buyer's original Excel, Word, PowerPoint or PDF file with formatting intact.
- **Languages and team:** more than 100 languages, unlimited users and unlimited company knowledge in every plan.

## Two ways to run a Project

Both ways use the same workspace and the same evidence trail. The choice is who does the work, and it can change for every tender.

### Ziva: run it yourself

## Questions

- **What counts as one Project?** One tender, RFP, RFI, DDQ or questionnaire response. Upload every document the package contains and keep working in it for as long as you need.
- **Where do the answers come from?** From the knowledge you approve: your library, past submissions, certificates and connected work apps. Every answer cites its sources.
- **Which formats can we answer in?** Excel, Word, PowerPoint and PDF packages, plus images and scanned pages. Export writes back into the buyer's original file.
