# Existing Ziva plans and V2 migration

Existing Ziva customers keep their credit-based plan and agreed terms unless they approve a documented move to V2.

The prices on the main pricing page apply to new subscriptions. Existing V1 customers remain on their accepted credit-based plan until they approve a documented move to V2.

## No automatic migration

Zephior does not replace the plan, change its billing date or reduce existing entitlements without the customer's agreement. The current price, currency, valid credit balance and renewal date remain in place.

## Account-specific terms

Existing terms can differ by customer, so there is no generic V1 price table. The customer's Ziva billing page and accepted agreement are the authoritative sources for current commercial terms.
