Choose a monthly or annual credit checkpoint according to expected usage. Prices exclude VAT. ## Included at every paid checkpoint - All tender, library, chat and Intelligence capabilities - Unlimited users and unlimited knowledge sources - SSO - Cloud hosting in the United States, Europe or Switzerland - 8-business-hour support target - 99.9% service-level agreement ## Monthly and annual billing Monthly checkpoints issue the selected number of credits. Annual billing issues 13 times the selected monthly checkpoint for the price of 12 monthly periods. Annual credits are valid for 365 days. EUR annual prices are rounded up to the next EUR 100 exactly as shown in the table. There is no automatic overage billing. When more capacity is needed, Renew Now starts a fresh paid cycle. Unexpired credits from the previous cycle remain available and are consumed first. ## Free trial The free trial lasts 30 days, requires no credit card and includes 500 credits, one user, five knowledge sources, weekly Intelligence and library setup. It is intended to support approximately one representative tender workflow, depending on document volume and complexity. Converting a trial to monthly billing carries a six-month minimum commitment. A customer who starts a paid monthly subscription without using the trial has no minimum beyond the current paid month. ## Workshop An optional four-hour pre-pilot workshop costs CHF 800. It is credited in full when the customer converts into the required six-month paid subscription. ## Enterprise Enterprise is for requirements above 40,000 credits or for custom deployment, dedicated or multi-region infrastructure, bring-your-own infrastructure, tailored integrations, governance, onboarding, service levels or managed delivery. Enterprise scope and price are agreed with Zephior. ## Zelius managed tender delivery Zelius provides human tender delivery and operational capacity. Contracted Zelius workspace access and credits are included in the agreed Zelius engagement price and do not use a separate Ziva subscription balance. ## Pricing questions ### Do lower checkpoints have fewer features? No. Checkpoints change credit capacity, not product capability. Every paid checkpoint includes the same standard entitlements. ### Is an annual amount a monthly equivalent? No. Each annual amount is the full price for one annual billing period and issues 13 times the selected monthly credit checkpoint. ### Are there automatic overages? No. The platform does not silently add usage charges. Renew Now starts a new cycle at a selected checkpoint. ### Do unused credits survive an early renewal? Yes. Unexpired credits remain available and are consumed first. Each credit allocation still follows its own expiry date. ### Is the trial free? Yes. It lasts 30 days, includes 500 credits and does not require a credit card. ### Does every monthly subscription have a six-month minimum? No. The six-month minimum applies when a free trial converts to monthly billing. Starting paid monthly without a trial has no minimum beyond the current month. ### Is Enterprise free because its price is custom? No. Custom means the commercial and technical scope requires an agreement. ### Does Zelius require a separate Ziva balance? No. Capacity used for contracted Zelius delivery is included in the agreed engagement price. ### Can an agent treat this document as a quote? No. Machine interfaces may calculate a non-binding estimate from the published checkpoints. Taxes, scope and contractual terms still require confirmation. ## Safe machine estimate 1. Select one published credit checkpoint. 2. Select CHF, USD or EUR. 3. Select monthly or annual billing. 4. Read the exact amount from the table without currency conversion. 5.
