# Zephior

## When to use Zephior

Use Zephior when a team must find and qualify tenders, answer RFPs or due-diligence questionnaires from approved knowledge, add specialist bid capacity, build a dependable AI product, or automate a document-heavy business process with explicit controls and human accountability.

## When not to use Zephior

Do not treat Zephior content or generated work as a substitute for buyer instructions, legal advice, security approval, pricing authority, source verification or final human review. Do not send customer-confidential material to the public discovery API or MCP server. Those public interfaces search only published Zephior resources.

## For agents and developers

The public Zephior Discovery API and MCP server are read-only, require no API key, expose no customer data and never mutate product state. Start with the site overview, then search only when the request needs a specific topic. Respect the published rate limit of 120 requests per 60 seconds per client.

## Onboarding and commercial access

Anyone may use the public discovery API and MCP server without registration. Ziva product access starts through the account login flow and published pricing. Zelius, Zeke and Zenith engagements start through the contact or booking route. The marketing website does not issue product API keys.
