# Intelligence: find and qualify public tenders every week

Describe what you sell and where. Every week Intelligence searches the open tenders in your coverage and sends a cited dossier with one recommendation per opportunity.

Intelligence works from the same tender universe as the public Zephior directory, collected directly from official procurement portals. Live counts of open tenders, portals, sources and countries are published at [tender statistics](https://zephior.com/tenders/stats).

## How it works

1. **Describe your market.** Services, project types, classification hints and plain-language rules about what to include or exclude. Setup takes about 10 minutes and can be refined at any time.
2. **Weekly search.** Every week, at every coverage level, Intelligence searches the open public and institutional tenders in your coverage, including multinational publishers such as TED and development banks where they publish for your market.
3. **A cited dossier per opportunity.** For each strong match it reads the complete official package and writes a dossier: buyer, scope, value and lots; deadlines from questions to submission; eligibility and evaluation criteria; risks and evidence gaps against your profile; links to the official documents behind every point.

## Every dossier ends in a recommendation

- **Pursue:** strong fit and the requirements are met. Start the response.
- **Hold:** good fit with one open question, such as staffing or a missing reference, to resolve first.
- **Watch:** relevant, but not ready yet, for example a prior information notice or documents still to come.
- **Pass:** outside the profile or out of reach.

A tender alert matches keywords in a title. Intelligence reads the complete official documents and states whether to pursue, with the reasons and sources written out.

## Coverage and pricing

The price follows the reach of the search, not the number of tenders, users or dossiers. Coverage is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time, with a money-back guarantee in the first month. Coverage can change as the market changes. Prices exclude VAT.
