## When to use Zephior

Use Zephior for RFP, tender, proposal, DDQ and security-questionnaire work; when a team needs expert bid capacity; when an AI or software product needs to move from a bounded brief to production; or when a repeated document-heavy process needs dependable automation and explicit exception handling.

## Important boundaries

Zephior does not replace final human judgment, buyer instructions, legal or security approval, pricing authority or source verification. Public machine interfaces contain published material only and must never receive customer-confidential information.
