Under the scope of the assignment, all of the 5,000 3D printers and 15,000 kg of filament shall be delivered operational / ready for use to the schools listed in the bidding document in accordance with the technical specifications within a maximum of 120 days following the signing of the contract. The delivery addresses are provided in the annex to the bidding document. Following the contract, the contractor will be granted a maximum period of 75 days for the goods to be manufactured and made ready for inspection and acceptance at the CONTRACTOR's warehouse. A period of 5 days will be allowed to the EMPLOYER for the warehouse inspection and preliminary acceptance procedures of the goods. Subsequently, a period of 40 days will be given for the delivery of the goods to the schools, which are the final delivery points. Bidding will be conducted through open international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” revised September 2023 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Elektronik Tekliflere izin verilmeyecektir. Geç teslim edilen Teklifler deerlendirmeye alnmayacaktr. Tüm tekliflerin beraberinde 25.000 (Yirmi Be Bin) ABD dolar tutarnda bir geçici teminat sunulmas gerekmektedir. Tekliflerin geçerlik süresi ihale tarihinden itibaren 120 takvim günüdür. Bu ihale 4734 sayl Kamu hale Kanunu’na tabi deildir.
