    "text": "Raamovereenkomst voor inkoop en levering softwarelicenties en hardware\nNDW heeft momenteel een aflopende Raamovereenkomst voor de inkoop en levering van softwarelicenties en hardware en is voornemens om door middel van een nieuwe Raamovereenkomst met één (1) intermediaire partner het inkoopproces van softwarelicenties en hardware ten behoeve van software development uit te besteden. De in te schakelen dienstverlener dient te kunnen voorzien in de gevraagde behoeftes en korte doorlooptijden voor het aanbieden van geschikte Softwarelicenties en hardware. De maximale contractwaarde bedraagt € 900.000,- voor de initiële looptijd van drie jaar. Voor de optionele verlengingsperiode van één (1) jaar geldt een verhoging van de maximale contractwaarde van € 350.000,-. Deze contractwaarde is onder meer vastgesteld vanwege de groei van NDW en de mogelijkheid tot uitbreiding van benodigde softwarelicenties of hardware. Momenteel wordt ongeveer €135.000,- aan softwarelicenties en hardware besteed op jaarbasis.
