Α. 1,00 1.000,00\n\nΣημειώνεται ότι προβλέπεται δικαστική προστασία ενώπιον του Διοικητικού Εφετείου της έδρας της αναθέτουσας αρχής, κατά τα οριζόμενα στα άρθρα 45 έως 56 του π.δ. 18/1989 (Α’ 8), το οποίο αποφαίνεται αμετακλήτως, χωρίς να επιτρέπεται η προηγούμενη άσκηση άλλης ειδικής ή ενδικοφανούς διοικητικής προσφυγής. Το παράβολο για την άσκηση της αίτησης ακύρωσης και της αίτησης αναστολής ορίζεται ίσο με το πέντε τοις εκατό (5%) επί της εκτιμώμενης αξίας της σύμβασης (άρθρο 127 παρ.1 του Ν.4412/2016, όπως τροποποιήθηκε από το άρθρο 55 του Ν.4782/2021).\n\nΠρος απόδειξη της μη συνδρομής των λόγων αποκλεισμού ο προσφέρων προσκομίζει τα παρακάτω δικαιολογητικά:\n1. α) Υπεύθυνη δήλωση εκ μέρους του οικονομικού φορέα, σε περίπτωση φυσικού προσώπου ότι δεν συντρέχουν οι λόγοι αποκλεισμού της παραγράφου 1 του άρθρου 73 του Ν.4412/2016 ή β) απόσπασμα ποινικού μητρώου.\n2.
