Die Stadt Katowice beschafft 2027 bedarfsgerechte Lieferungen und die Vernichtung von 23 Kennzeichenarten, darunter normale, vorläufige, historische, individuelle, professionelle und Kennzeichen für Elektrofahrzeuge sowie Ersatz- und zusätzliche Gepäckträgerkennzeichen. Normale Bestellungen sind innerhalb von fünf Arbeitstagen zu liefern; Ersatz- und Zusatzkennzeichen werden zweimal wöchentlich geliefert, in Ausnahmefällen innerhalb eines Tages. W ramach zawartej umowy Wykonawcę obowiązywać będą wszelkie przepisy w przedmiotowym zakresie z uwzględnieniem ewentualnych zmian w przepisach jakie mogą nastąpić w trakcie trwania umowy. W przypadku zmiany wzoru tablic rejestracyjnych bądź wprowadzenia nowych tablic rejestracyjnych w drodze zmiany przepisów, Wykonawca będzie dostarczał tablice wg nowych wzorów. Szczegóły dotyczące dostaw i kasacji tablic: a) zamówienie będzie realizowane sukcesywnie, zgodnie z potrzebami Zamawiającego. b) realizacja każdorazowego zamówienia, za wyjątkiem wtórników i tablic dodatkowych na bagażnik, nie może być dłuższa niż pięć dni roboczych, licząc od dnia przyjęcia zamówienia c) wtórniki i dodatkowe tablice na bagażnik zgodnie ze złożonym zamówieniem, dostarczane będą 2 razy w tygodniu, w dniach wzajemnie ustalonych, a w wyjątkowych przypadkach dostarczane będą w terminie jednodniowym; d) wykonawca otrzyma każdorazowo łącznie z zamówieniem wykaz podanych wyróżników literowo cyfrowych zamawianych tablic, e) dostawy odbywać się będą partiami zgodnie ze składanymi zamówieniami /w postaci paczek po 50 szt./ f) odbiór tablic powinien odbywać min. dwa razy w miesiącu /w terminie wzajemnie ustalonym/, w godzinach pracy urzędu, na podstawie protokołu zdawczo-odbiorczego, a sposób ich kasacji winien być zgodny z obowiązującymi przepisami w tym zakresie, g) do przechowywania tablic przeznaczonych do kasacji, Wykonawca zobowiązany jest do dostarczenia koszy/pojemników w ilości dostosowanej do potrzeb zamawiającego /min. 16 szt./ h) koszt dostawy i kasacji tablic pokrywał będzie Wykonawca tablic. i) dostawa następować będzie pod adres wskazany przez Zamawiającego Zamawiający wymaga, aby okres gwarancji na wykonany przedmiot umowy wynosił 24 miesiące. Bieg terminu gwarancji rozpocznie się w dniu wydania tablicy rejestracyjnej właścicielowi pojazdu. Wymagany okres rękojmi na wykonany przedmiot umowy równa się okresowi gwarancji.
