Odwołanie wobec czynności\nzamawiającego wnosi się w terminie: a) 10 dni od dnia przekazania informacji o czynności\nzamawiającego stanowiącej podstawę jego wniesienia, jeżeli informacja została przekazana\nprzy użyciu środków komunikacji elektronicznej, b) 15 dni od dnia przekazania informacji o\nczynności zamawiającego stanowiącej podstawę jego wniesienia, jeżeli informacja została\nprzekazana w sposób inny niż określony pod lit. a). 7. Odwołanie w przypadkach innych niż\nokreślone w ppkt 5 i 6 wnosi się w terminie 10 dni od dnia, w którym powzięto lub przy\nzachowaniu należytej staranności można było powziąć wiadomość o okolicznościach\nstanowiących podstawę jego wniesienia 8. Na orzeczenie Izby oraz postanowienie Prezesa\nIzby, o którym mowa w art. 519 ust. 1 PZP, stronom oraz uczestnikom postępowania\nodwoławczego przysługuje skarga do sądu. 9. Skargę wnosi się za pośrednictwem Prezesa\nIzby, przesyłając jednocześnie jej odpis przeciwnikowi skargi. 10. Prezes Izby przekazuje\nskargę wraz z aktami postępowania odwoławczego do sądu. 11.
