Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.\n2)\tThe Pangasinan State University now invites bids for Procurement of 1,200 pieces of Fabricated Armchairs for the University. Delivery of the Goods is required for thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
